Hydrogen peroxide is a truly incredible substance with many uses for good health!

Science first discovered hydrogen peroxide in 1818, when a Frenchman accidentally created it as a byproduct while making barium oxide from barium salts. [1]

Hydrogen peroxide occurs naturally in:

Rainwater--As rainwater falls to the earth, the ozone layer contributes one oxygen atom to water molecules, naturally forming hydrogen peroxide. [2] Today, the air is so polluted that most of the hydrogen peroxide reacts with air-borne toxins and never reaches the ground.
Lungs, gut, and thyroid; breast milk & colostrum; peroxisome structures of cells--many reactions in the body produce hydrogen peroxide. Enzymes break down excessive amounts, supplying a great source of cleansing oxygen to the system.
The immune system's white blood cells, lymphocytes, T-cells, and natural killer cells--it is a signaling chemical that triggers an immune response [3]
Bombadier beetles--they have a defense mechanism of shooting boiling liquid at their enemies, created by combining hydrogen peroxide and hydroquinone in an enzymatic, exothermic reaction [4]

Hydrogen Peroxide has been used extensively by humans because it has a variety of uses as a disinfectant and oxidizer. It is well respected as an inexpensive go to for a number of household uses!

The 2 most popular types of hydrogen peroxide are the familiar 3% solution that comes in brown bottles from the drugstore and the slightly more uncommon 35% Food Grade hydrogen peroxide. 3% solution has a number of stabilizers in it and should never be used for internal consumption. 35% Food Grade H2O2 is stronger, but it is caustic and must be handled with care. It is safe to take internally (hence "food grade") but must be properly diluted for internal or external use.

Here are a few of hydrogen peroxide's known uses:

CLEAR SKIN
Clear acne with a hydrogen peroxide face wash of 0.5 oz 35% food-grade H2O2 to 1 cup water. Soak in a bath of 2 cups 35% food-grade H2O2 to every 10 gallons of water to heal boils and kill skin fungus.

ORAL HEALTHCARE
Hydrogen peroxide can treat gingivitis and canker sores when gargled. Combined with baking soda, it makes a natural whitening toothpaste. It removes plaque and kills the germs that cause bad breath. For mouthwash, add 0.5 oz 35% food-grade hydrogen peroxide to 1 cup water. For toothpaste, combine a few drops of this solution with baking soda.

TREAT YOUR FEET
Hydrogen peroxide added to a foot bath can kill foot fungus, whiten nails, and soften corns and calluses. 1.5 ounces 35% food-grade hydrogen peroxide to 1 gallon water.

GENERAL PURPOSE DISINFECTANT
Wash fruits and vegetables in a hydrogen peroxide solution, and spray on countertops and cutting boards. Use 1/8 cup 35% food-grade H2O2 per 1 gallon water
Use hydrogen peroxide to clean tile, toilet, and tub. It whitens grout and kills mold & mildew. Use 1 cup 35% food-grade H2O2 per 1 gallon water

CLEANSE WOUNDS
Hydrogen peroxide has long been revered for its ability to kill bacteria, fungus, and mold. It oxidizes their cell walls, disrupting their chemical structures. Wash cuts, scrapes, and abrasions with hydrogen peroxide; the bubbling one observes is the release of oxygen and destruction of bacteria. Use U0.5 oz 35% food-grade H2O2 per cup water and spray or dab on.

LAUNDRY
Use hydrogen peroxide as a safe bleach alternative. It will effectively kill any creepy microorganisms that live on your bedsheets and linens! Add 1 cup 35% food-grade H2O2 to laundry load.

INSECTICIDE
Mix 1 part 35% food-grade hydrogen peroxide to 11 parts water for a safe insecticide for your plants. In fact, rainwater is healthier for plants than tap water because of the extra hydrogen peroxide.

Additionally, 35% FOOD GRADE hydrogen peroxide can be taken internally to eradicate disease from bacterial infections to candidiasis by oxygenating the body!

As the toxic load in the body increases, so does the need for oxygen. Chronic disease drains the body of oxygen, so if you've been sick for a long time you need a lot of oxygen in your system. As mentioned, hydrogen peroxide breaks down to water and oxygen in the presence of certain enzymes. Toxins break down in the presence of oxygen and are flushed out of the system. Hydrogen peroxide provides an effective and cheap means of oxidizing the body and increasing health. However, caution must be exercised.

The hydrogen peroxide available at your local store (3% hydrogen peroxide) should NEVER be ingested orally, since it contains many stabilizers. Only 35% FOOD GRADE hydrogen peroxide is safe for human consumption, BUT 35% FOOD GRADE HYDROGEN PEROXIDE IS CAUSTIC--it MUST be diluted for safe internal use!

This is the schedule for internal dosage:
Day 1: 1 drop in 1 cup of water 3X day
Day 2: 2 drops in 1 cup of water 3X day
Day 3: 3 drops in 1 cup of water 3X day
Day 4: 4 drops in 1 cup of water 3X day
Day 5: 5 drops in 1 cup of water 3X day
Day 6: 6 drops in 1 cup of water 3X day
Day 7: 7 drops in 1 cup of water 3X day
and working your way up to Day 25 where you're taking 25 drops in 1 cup of water 3X day.

Many people are unaware of this fact that hydrogen peroxide can be taken internally to beat many diseases. It is not only possible, but safe and efficient when performed with care.
