**I was talking about the Vegetarian Festival on Phuket quite often and this shot again is from that festival. Many stalls sell roasted chestnuts here and the way they roast them is quite interesting. They put them in a big wok together with hot coals and stir them until they´re done. Viele Stände verkaufen hier geröstete Kastanien und die Art und Weise, wie sie geröstet werden ist sehr interessant. Sie legen sie zusammen mit heißen Kohlen in einen großen Wok und rühren sie bis sie fertig sind.
