Hola a todos amigos de Street Workout Community El día de hoy les traigo una secuencia de ejercicios nivel intermedio para sacar o mejorar el truco estatico V-SIT, para realizar estos ejercicios no necesitaremos tener tanto nivel en lo que es la calistenia ya que es un truco relativamente sencillo.

Aconsejo comenzar con un calentamiento previo de las articulaciones y los tendones de las piernas, esto para facilitar la postura de V en dicho truco estatico.

El primer ejercicio estaremos ejecutando lo que es el aguante en V-SIT en barra fija, esto lo estaremos haciendo para acostumbrar el abdomen y las piernas a dicha posicion del estatico. Estaremos aguantando en esta posicion lo maximo que podamos, realizaremos 4 series de este ejercicio.

The first exercise we will be performing what is the V-SIT hold on fixed bar, this we will be doing to accustom the abdomen and legs to this position of the static. We will be holding in this position as long as we can, we will perform 4 sets of this exercise.

Para el segundo ejercicio realizaremos el aguante al maximo en L-SIT en barra paralela con las piernas mas o menos elevadas, con este ejercico estaremos acostumbrando a los brazos y al abdomen a la tension de el estatico. realizaremos este ejercicio el maximo de tiempo que logremos aguantar 4 series.

For the second exercise we will perform the maximum hold in L-SIT in parallel bar with the legs more or less elevated, with this exercise we will be accustoming the arms and abdomen to the tension of the static. we will perform this exercise the maximum time that we can hold 4 series.

Para ejecutar nuestro tercer ejercicio nos colocaremos en posicion de V-SIT con el unico cambio que sera con las piernas flexionadas, esto ya que es una progresion muy cercana al V-SIT y no tan dificil. Estaremos aguantando igualmente el maxiomo de tiempo posible en 4 series.

To execute our third exercise we will place ourselves in V-SIT position with the only change that will be with bent legs, this because it is a progression very close to the V-SIT and not so difficult. We will also be holding as long as possible in 4 sets.
