El mundo de las bebidas es muy amplio: Podemos encontrar desde agua, hasta licores, batidos, café, chocolate, jugos, tés, bebidas alcohólicas, y también BEBIDAS FERMENTADAS. Y es que aunque los licores son productos de la fermentación, y hay algunos de ellos muy conocidos, como el vino, la cerveza, la sidra; también existen otras que quizás son menos conocidas, pero valiosísimas para la salud, como son: La kombucha, kefir, yogurt, oxygala, carato, chicha, pulque, tejuino, tepache, hidromiel… y cientos más; bebidas con un profundo significado y arraigo cultural e histórico, como también con un poder benéfico poco conocido y por tanto, no aprovechado por muchas personas.
