Reverse osmosis, distilled & purified water is consider dead water even though it's clean pure water because It doesn't have a structure, it's shapeless , When water has a negative charge, and can hold energy it's called living water.

Distilled water is an excellent purifier of water and WAY better than drinking tap water but it does have its draw backs (how to fix them will be discussed further down)

Distilled water equals more mineral loss as it's going to pull minerals out in order to maintain it's structure. Distilled water is an active absorber and when it comes into contact with air, it absorbs carbon dioxide, making it acidic. The longer one drinks distilled water, the more likely the development of mineral deficiencies. Fasting using distilled water can be dangerous because of the rapid loss of electrolytes. It is VITAL to add A LOT OF minerals to distilled water.

One of the major foundational reasons is that distilled water is highly acidic. Most of us are far too acidic already and the last thing we need to be drinking is a fluid that will make us even more acidic.

Distilled water is alleged to be beneficial due to its lack of contaminants. Well, many of the devices that distill water are made of metal and will actually add certain toxic metals like nickel back to the water, which actually worsens health.

Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems excel at removing water impurities, but few are aware that they also remove the beneficial minerals, but it also has it's drawbacks , One of the main ones is it does not clear the memory of the water. Yes water has memory just like a hard drive of a computer. Right now scientists are working on a hard drive that is liquid to store data they say that "The liquid hard drive that could store a terabyte of data in a tablespoon of fluid" So hopefully you realize that this concept is not so far fetched as some would like to believe. they are also working on this for DNA but that's another topic.

Water filtered through reverse osmosis tends to be acidic as well, but when minerals are supplemented it is not as bad as distilled for mineral deficiency. Some critical contaminants are not removed NOT remove volatile organic chemical (VOCs), chlorine and chloramines, pharmaceuticals, and a host of other synthetic chemicals found in municipal water.

However, some R.O. systems now have multi-stage filtration media (in addition to the R.O. membrane), such as Activated Carbon, which does remove chlorine and certain pesticides. I have not seen one the removes fluoride from the water but i hope they have some out already post below if you know of one.

Consuming demineralized water (R.O/ distilled) after intense or prolonged physical activity may cause acute symptoms such as delirium or shock it's called Water Intoxication. Plus the water will much more metals and organic substances from pipes, tanks and other water holdings. (to avoid this use platinum and titanium plates not stainless steel). calcium and magnesium in food and water can help stop the absorption of heavy metals from the intestines into the blood. people who drink low mineral water may be at higher risk of exposure to toxic metals compared to those who drink fresh spring water or mineral water.

* Although supplementation with trace minerals, or adding trace minerals to reverse osmosis water seems to be the best solution (this is called 'charged water') , Trace mineral drops and mineral supplements are not as regulated, They almost always add sugar or some other chemicals to make it taste good. Read the label and research each mineral. Be suspicious when you read ‘other naturally occurring minerals’. What exactly are these ‘other’ minerals? Supplements can contain poisonous minerals as well as beneficial minerals. Also count all the minerals. If they say 80 trace minerals and only list 78, what are the other 2 minerals they forgot to mention? So be sure and get organic plant based trace minerals only!

Bottle water is just tap water avoid at all costs , there's no need to go into it more as it's pointless.

Lets talk about rainwater , Does it have minerals yes just not that much so its classified consider it soft water, Is it pure and contaminate free? No, while it evaporates & goes up towards the earths atmosphere it accumulates a number of chemicals that get dissolved into it. One of the main chemicals rainwater comes into contact with is carbon dioxide (CO2), which has the effect of acidifying the rainwater. Another reason it's not because of something called geoengineering. Is it still better for you than tap water of course it is.

How about Artesian Water that's good right?.....Maybe if the water if not ready to pop out of the ground and you have to force it up with a well or pump than it does not have a high enough exclusion zone (EZ) or filtration for human use as it is brought prematurely to the land surface. Some say that the water is not yet fully ready to be consumed as it still has hard minerals.

So lets talk about fresh spring water now when I use the word spring water, I don't mean the gallon jugs you see sitting on your grocery store shelf. One thing to be cautious of when drinking spring water is that it could contain contaminants and therefore should be tested before consumption.

Let me guess there is no natural fresh spring water near your right otherwise you would already know it's the best water so what can we do to the water we have to make it healthier. This will apply to distilled , reverse osmosis , Big Berkeley Gravity fed water systems.

Step 1 Add a plant based liquid minerals to it.

Step 2 Clear the memory of the water

Step 3 Vitalize the water to mimic spring water.

Step 4 Structure the water

As for step 1. I like to use Dr Wallach, Majestic Earth and Youngevity Majestic Earth Plant Derived Minerals OR Dr. Bergs Trace Minerals If you don't like those brands than pick one you feel is best , just be sure to add something.

Step 2. The way you clear memory from the the water is the same way you do with a hard drive USE A MAGNET Just duct tape the magnets on your blender positive on 2 sides and negative on the other 2 sides so there is a zero point where the meet in the middle , This also Vitalizes the water as you are creating a mini tornado but its not that strong but its better than nothing. Be careful as you can ruin you fancy new blender like i did. :(

Step 4. So you don't want to buy any of those device to structure the water all you have to do is pray over the water after you have cleared the memory add it will change to a hexagon shape , same goes for your food.

I am moving to a place where there is fresh spring water near me because nothing beats nature, when i have the money!
