Una de ellas fue intentar hacer una chicha casera, personalmente amo la chicha siento que más que una bebida, es un gran postre para compartir o servir de merienda🤤, y para este fin de semana en casa fue perfecta, siendo mi primera vez increíblemente me quedo muy buena…

👩‍🍳Hello fellow food lovers! I hope you are doing great and had a nice weekend, on this side of the screen everything is fine thank God. This weekend I was at home fixing some things and catching up on a lot of things. One of them was trying to make a homemade chicha, personally I love chicha I feel that more than a drink, is a great dessert to share or serve as a snack🤤, and for this weekend at home it was perfect, being my first time incredibly it was very good....

De esta forma, así fue que lo logré/ In this way, this is how I did it📝

| |----| |🥛 500g de pasta / 500g of pasta.| |🥛 Esencia de vainilla al gusto / Vanilla essence to taste.| |🥛 200g leche en polvo / 200g powdered milk.| |🥛 Azúcar al gusto / Sugar to taste.| |🥛 1 litro de leche / 1 liter of milk.| |🥛 Canela en polvo / Cinnamon powder.| |🥛 Lluvia de chocolate / Chocolate rain.| |🥛 Leche condensada / Condensed milk.|

Preparación / Preparation

🥛 Paso 1: Lo primero que hice fue colocar a hervir suficiente agua calculando que está sobrepasará la cantidad de pasta siendo en mi caso 500gr de pasta larga. En el momento que el agua empezó a hervir agregué la pasta, seguidamente tape, y la deje cocinar aproximadamente 20min, fijándome de que la pasta estuviera súper blanda, o en su efecto casi deshecha.

🥛 Paso 2: estando lista la pasta la pasé a un colador para retirar toda el agua, también dejando enfriar muy bien la pasta.

🥛 Step 1:The first thing I did was to boil enough water, calculating that it would exceed the amount of pasta, being in my case 500gr of long pasta. When the water started to boil I added the pasta, then I covered it and let it cook for about 20 minutes, making sure that the pasta was super soft, or in its effect almost undone.

🥛 Step 2: Once the pasta is ready, I put it in a strainer to remove all the water, also allowing the pasta to cool very well.

🥛 Paso 3: Como fue bastante pasta tenía que licuar por partes, en los cuales agarre medidas de una taza de pasta, luego una tapa de esencia de vainilla, otra taza de azúcar y una de leche en polvo.

🥛 Step 3: As it was quite a lot of paste I had to blend it in parts, in which I took measures of one cup of paste, then one capful of vanilla essence, another cup of sugar and one cup of powdered milk.

🥛 Paso 4: Posteriormente por una taza de leche agregue otra de agua, siendo este método como para rendir la leche, pero si lo prefieres puedes agregar solo leche.

🥛 Step 4: Then for one cup of milk add one cup of water, this method being the same as to yield the milk, but if you prefer you can add only milk.

🥛 Paso 5: Previamente licue en velocidad alta, hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea y cremosa. Repitiendo todos estos paso hasta terminar la pasta.

🥛 Paso 6: En un vaso agregué hielo y la chicha, usando como topping la tradicional lluvia de chocolates, canela y leche condensada🤤

🥛 Step 5: Previously blend on high speed, until you obtain a homogeneous and creamy mixture. Repeat all these steps until the paste is finished.

🥛 Step 6: In a glass I added ice and the chicha, using as topping the traditional rain of chocolates, cinnamon and condensed milk🤤.

Amo la chicha y me quedo súper divina, la verdad rindió bastante deberían intentarlo lo mejor de esto es que le puedes agregar los topping que deseen y a disfrutar de esta delicia🤤🤤.
