Greetings to all the beautiful people of @hive I hope you are well, today I want to share a recipe for a tres leches cake with strawberries and cream, it is a very delicious cake that I have been preparing for years since I lived in my beautiful Venezuela, it is the favorite cake of my family especially my husband and as it was his birthday I did not hesitate to make it for him.

Saludos a toda la gente linda de la @colmena espero que estén bien, hoy quiero compartir una receta de una torta tres leches con fresas y crema, es una torta muy deliciosa que vengo preparando desde hace años desde que vivia en mi bella Venezuela, es la torta favorita de mi familia en especial de mi esposo y como era su cumpleaños no dude en hacérsela.

**Ingredients:** **For the cake we will need:** -6 eggs -250gr of wheat flour -1 tablespoon of baking powder -250ml of milk -200gr of sugar -1 greased and baking paper lined baking pan **To moisten the cake we will need:** -350 condensed milk -200 of milk cream -350ml evaporated milk Combine these three milks and set aside. **For the filling and decoration:** -500 gr strawberries -400 ml whipping cream -2 tablespoons of milk

**Ingredientes:** **Para el biscocho vamos a necesitar:** -6 huevos -250gr de harina de trigo -1cucharada de polvo para hornear -250ml de leche -200gr de azúcar -1 molde engrasado y con papel para hornear **Para humedecer el biscocho necesitaremos:** -350 de leche condensada -200 de crema de leche -350ml de leche evaporada Unir estas tres leches y reservar. **Para el relleno y decoración:** -500 gr de fresas -400 ml de crema para batir -2 cucharadas de leche

Method of preparation: Preparation of the cake separate the egg whites from the yolks and beat the egg whites until stiff and set aside, then beat the yolks and sugar for 4 minutes then add the milk and continue beating for 4 more minutes, then sift the flour with the baking powder and add it in portions along with the beaten egg whites, we will use a paddle for this step and we will give enveloping movements little by little, until we mix everything, we do not have to stir much. Then we pour this mixture into our mold and put it in the oven, which must be previously reheated. As my oven is very powerful I put it on a moderate heat and it lasted about 45 minutes in the oven, then remove and let it cool.

Modo de preparación Preparación del bizcocho separamos las claras de las yemas y batimos las claras a punto de nieve y reservamos, a continuación batimos las yemas y el azúcar durante 4 minutos después añadimos la leche y seguimos batiendo durante 4 minutos más, a continuación tamizamos la harina con la levadura en polvo y la añadimos en porciones junto con las claras batidas, utilizaremos una paleta para este paso e iremos dando movimientos envolventes poco a poco, hasta que se mezcle todo, no tenemos que remover mucho. A continuación vertemos esta mezcla en nuestro molde y lo metemos en el horno, que debe estar previamente recalentado. Como mi horno es muy potente yo lo puse a fuego moderado y duró unos 45 minutos en el horno, luego lo retiramos y lo dejamos enfriar.

The strawberries are washed well and half of them are cut into small squares to fill and the other half are cut in half to decorate. The whipping cream must be put to cool for 3 hours, then take it out and whip it for 3 minutes adding the two tablespoons of powdered milk. When it is all consistent, stop whipping and put it in the fridge.

Las fresas se lavan bien y la mitad se trocean en cuadraditos para rellenar y la otra mitad se trocean por la mitad para decorar. La crema para batir hay que ponerla a enfriar durante 3 horas luego sacarla y batirla durante 3min añadiendo las dos cucharadas de leche en polvo cuando esté todo consistente dejar de batirla y reservar en la nevera.

**Now we are going to assemble our cake:** We unmold our cake and cut it in half, and wet it with the mixture of the three milks, then we put some whipped cream around the edges and then we place the strawberries to fill in the central part, then we put more whipped cream on top of the strawberries and then the other half of the cake that we should also wet with the mixture of the three milks. After this we are going to put whipped cream all over the cake covering it and we are going to put it in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes. After this time we take our cake out of the fridge and decorate it as we like, I added whipped cream and put the strawberries cut in half all over the top, then I added some strawberry syrup and that's it.

**Ahora vamos a montar nuestra torta:** Desmoldamos nuestra torta y la cortamos por la mitad, y la mojamos con la mezcla de las tres leches, luego ponemos un poco de nata montada alrededor de los bordes y luego colocamos las fresas para rellenar en la parte central, luego ponemos más nata montada encima de las fresas y luego la otra mitad de la tarta que también debemos mojar con la mezcla de las tres leches. Después de esto vamos a poner nata montada por toda la torta cubriéndola y la vamos a meter en la nevera unos 10 minutos. Pasado este tiempo sacamos nuestra torta de la nevera y la decoramos como más nos guste, yo añadí nata montada y puse las fresas cortadas por la mitad por toda la parte superior, luego añadí un poco de sirope de fresa y listo.
