It manifests your desires, even the most internal ones. Now that we know what it is, let's do the challenge: # Let's make our Vision Board! This challenge, like many of the ones we propose here, is very personal, but also extremely fun to do. This time, it is about setting dreams, challenges, and goals that we want to achieve in the coming year, but we will do it in a creative way. So, let's gather all the images we have and get to work! You can use whatever you want to do it, magazine clippings, stickers, newspapers, whatever you want. And digitally, you can use any method to design your vision board and use it as your cell phone or computer wallpaper. Puedes hacerlo digital o fisico. # ¿Para qué sirve un vision board? > Ayuda a clarificar tus objetivos, te ayuda a definir en que enfocar tus objetivos. Aumenta tu motivación. Manifiesta tus deseos, incluso los que tienes más internos. Ahora que sabemos que es, vamos a hacer el reto: # ¡Hagamos nuestro Vision Board! Este reto, al igual que muchos de los que proponemos aquí, es muy personal, pero también sumamente divertido de realizar. En esta ocasión, se trata de plantearnos sueños, retos y objetivos que queremos alcanzar en el próximo año, pero lo haremos de una manera creativa. Así que, ¡recojamos todas las imágenes que tengamos y pongámonos manos a la obra! Puedes utilizar lo que quieras para hacerlo, recortes de revistas, stickers, periódicos, lo que desees. Y en digital, puedes utilizar cualquier método para diseñar tu vision board y usarlo de fondo de pantalla de celular o de tu computador.
