Hola chicos! 💕 Hi guys!

Una manera de desayunar que me encanta es la de preparar panquecas. Además de que son muy ricas, son versátiles y les puedes dar tu toque personal de mil maneras. En ocasiones las preparo con fruta como cambur, otras veces con avena o chocolate, y hasta con verduras como la Auyama y la remolacha. Hoy les comparto esta receta diferente y sencilla.

One way of having breakfast that I love is making pancakes. In addition to being very rich, they are versatile and you can give them your personal touch in a thousand ways. Sometimes I prepare them with fruit such as banana, other times with oats or chocolate, and even with vegetables such as Auyama and beets. Today I share this different and simple recipe.

Debo confesar que no soy amante de la Auyama, pero he aprendido a incluirla en mi dieta y de mi familia ya sea a través de estas panquecas, de galletas o de torta. Todas son deliciosas así que para esta receta debemos comenzar con un trozo de auyama que pondremos a hervir unos minutos hasta que esté blanda. Este es nuestro ingrediente principal.

I must confess that I am not a lover of Auyama, but I have learned to include it in my diet and in my family either through these pancakes, cookies or cake. They are all delicious, so for this recipe we must start with a piece of pumpkin that we will boil for a few minutes until it is soft. This is our main ingredient.

Luego haremos un puré con ella en el bolw dónde mezclaremos los demás ingredientes para suavizarla y evitar los grumos. No le agregué sal.

Con el puré de auyama listo lo primero que haremos será agregar la leche y el azúcar para disolver todo muy bien.

Agregamos el huevo y volvemos a mezclar.

Tamizamos la harina de trigo con la pizca de canela y el bicarbonato. La cantidad de harina puede variar, no dejes de mezclar para evitar los grumos.

Sift the wheat flour with the pinch of cinnamon and baking soda. The amount of flour can vary, do not stop mixing to avoid lumps.

La textura dependerá de tu gusto, a mí me gusta dejarla bien espesa. La puedes dejar reposar unos minutos en la nevera para que tome más cuerpo.

Precalienta un sartén y coloca un poco de la mezcla, notarás los hoyitos que te indican que puedes voltear. Deja cocer por ambos lados y listo.

Después de varias las coloque una encima de otra untando con mantequilla y así las serví. A disfrutar.
