¿Viste cuando en la vida siempre hay alguien que te dice ‘che, vos tendrías que hacer algo con esto’?

Bueno, a mí me lo dijeron muchas veces. Que lo que pienso, que cómo lo digo, que mi forma de ver la tecnología, los videojuegos, la vida… que no podía quedar solo en charlas de café o en audios eternos de WhatsApp con amigos. Que tenía que dejarlo registrado, compartirlo, mostrarlo.

Y por distintas razones —la típica falta de tiempo, excusas, laburo, compromisos, miedo a exponerse, lo que quieras— no lo hacía. Hasta que un día, me miré al espejo y me dije: “Sergio, basta. Es hoy.”

Y así nació este espacio.

Me llamo Sergio, me dicen Checho, y en este espacio me vas a encontrar como S3rMaX.

No soy un influencer, ni un coach de vida, ni te vengo a contar que ‘si seguís estos 5 pasos te vas a hacer millonario’. Tampoco pretendo cambiarte la vida. Lo que sí busco es compartirte la mía, mis ideas, mis reflexiones, mis partidas, mis risas y mis cagadas, porque todo eso también vale.

Soy de Mendoza, Argentina, justo al lado de Santiago de Chile, y estoy por cumplir la edad de Cristo (33).

Me considero una persona que se toma la vida en serio. No en el sentido solemne o amargado, sino en entender que estamos acá para algo más que sobrevivir o dejar pasar los días. Siempre busqué aportar algo, sumar valor. Desde el orden, desde el caos… porque de ambos lados se aprende. La clave está en surfear esa ola.

📌 ¿Por qué tecnología, videojuegos y desarrollo personal?

A ver… no te voy a chamuyar con la frase ‘porque es mi pasión’.

Lo mío es atracción. Una fascinación por cómo el ser humano se las arregló para pasar de prender fuego con piedras a crear mundos digitales interactivos, realidades virtuales, inteligencias artificiales que pueden componer música o decirte qué serie mirar.

Desde pibe desarmabay armaba cosas para ver cómo funcionaban. Pasé por escuelas técnicas, talleres mecánicos, hice servicios técnicos, hasta estudiar desarrollo de videojuegos en la facultad de ingenieria de mi provincia y terminar trabajando en tecnología para el mercado estadounidense. Todo porque me mueve la idea de ver cómo evolucionamos como especie.

Y así como me interesa cómo evoluciona la tecnología, me intriga cómo evolucionamos nosotros como personas. Porque si no aprendemos a entendernos, regular nuestras emociones, tener criterio propio y no ser títeres de una agenda o de una moda, entonces no importa cuánta tecnología tengamos: vamos a seguir vacíos.

📌 Mi mayor desafío (y por qué me enseñó tanto)

Entrar al mercado tecnológico estadounidense siendo un flaco de Argentina que empezó armando PCs y desarmando cosas en el garage fue un desafío enorme. No solo por la competencia, sino porque había que pelearla, mejorar día a día y mantener la cabeza fría.

Aprendí que la constancia, la disciplina y la paciencia no se negocian. Que no hay atajos reales. Y que, si vas a hacer algo, hacelo bien o no lo hagas.

📌 Mi filosofía de vida

Creo en lo tradicional, en los valores de antes, en la importancia del respeto, la palabra, la lealtad y el sentido común. Pero también en la necesidad de entender el caos, de adaptarse, de cuestionar, de reírse de uno mismo, de no tomarse todo literal. La vida no es blanco o negro. Y mucho menos ahora.

Para mí, la clave está en saber moverse entre el orden y el caos, aprovechando lo mejor de ambos mundos. Lo aprendí en la vida real, en los videojuegos y en las relaciones humanas. Porque el que se queda siempre de un solo lado, pierde perspectiva.

📌 ¿Qué vas a encontrar en este espacio?

Acá vas a ver videojuegos, sí.

Pero también análisis serios mientras jugamos, debates sobre narrativa, mecánicas, cultura gamer. Momentos bizarros con amigos, sin filtros, donde se dicen cosas que si las sacás de contexto, parecerían barbaridades. Pero justamente, el chiste está en entender el contexto, en saber cuándo es humor y cuándo no.

Cada tanto, charlas íntimas de desarrollo personal. No desde un pedestal, sino como un amigo que te dice: “che, a mí me pasó esto… capaz te sirve”. Hablaremos de inteligencia emocional, responsabilidad afectiva, madurez comunicacional, cómo regular las emociones y no explotar por pavadas.

Acá no hay espacio para la corrección política extrema ni la cultura de cristal. Si tenés que explicarle a alguien que un chiste es un chiste, probablemente este canal no sea para esa persona. Mi contenido está pensado para adultos que quieren escuchar ideas sin que les duela todo.

A vos, que disfrutás los videojuegos no solo para pasar el rato, sino para entenderlos, analizarlos, cuestionarlos, valorar su arte.

A vos, que tenés problemas personales, baja autoestima, y te gustaría pertenecer a una comunidad donde no te juzguen por pensar distinto o por no estar en la última moda social.

Acá quiero construir una comunidad madura, responsable y divertida. Que sepa cuándo hablar en serio y cuándo reírse de cualquier cosa. Que entienda que las palabras tienen peso, pero también contexto.

📌 ¿Por qué arrancar ahora?

Porque ya no me interesa seguir postergando lo que sé que puedo aportar. Porque creo que el momento de hacer las cosas es cuando te das cuenta de que te gustaría que alguien lo hiciera por vos… y ese alguien sos vos.

Y porque sé que hay muchos como yo ahí afuera. Que se sienten igual. Que buscan un espacio sin careteos, sin posturas impostadas, donde se hable de la vida real mientras jugamos, nos reímos y compartimos.

Well, I've been told that many times. What I think, how I say it, my way of seeing technology, video games, life... couldn't be limited to coffee chats or endless WhatsApp messages with friends. I had to record it, share it, show it.

And for various reasons—the typical lack of time, excuses, work, commitments, fear of exposing myself, you name it—I didn't do it. Until one day, I looked in the mirror and said: “Sergio, enough. It's today.”

And that's how this space was born.

My name is Sergio, they call me Checho, and in this space you'll find me as S3rMaX.

I'm not an influencer, nor a coach I'm not here to tell you that 'if you follow these 5 steps you'll become a millionaire.' I'm not trying to change your life either. What I'm looking for is to share mine with you: my ideas, my reflections, my departures, my laughs, and my mistakes, because all of that has its value too.

I'm from Mendoza, Argentina, right next to Santiago de Chile, and I'm about to turn the age of Christ (33).

I consider myself a person who takes life seriously. Not in a solemn or bitter sense, but in an understanding that we're here for more than just surviving or letting the days go by. 📌 Why technology, video games, and personal development?

Look... I'm not going to fool you with the phrase 'because it's my passion'.

My thing is attraction. A fascination with how humans managed to go from lighting fires with stones to creating interactive digital worlds, virtual realities, and artificial intelligences that can compose music or tell you what TV show to watch.

Since I was a kid, I took things apart and put them together to see how they worked. I went through technical schools, mechanical workshops, and technical services, until I studied video game development at the engineering school in my province and ended up working in technology for the US market. All because I'm driven by the idea of seeing how we evolve as a species.

And just as I'm interested in how technology evolves, I'm intrigued by how we evolve as people. Because if we don't learn to understand ourselves, regulate our emotions, have our own judgment, and not be puppets of an agenda or a fad, then no matter how much technology we have, we'll still be empty.

📌 My biggest challenge (and why it taught me so much)

Entering the US tech market as a kid from Argentina who started building PCs and taking things apart in the garage was a huge challenge. Not only because of the competition, but because we had to fight it, improve day by day, and keep a cool head.

I learned that perseverance, discipline, and patience are non-negotiable. That there are no real shortcuts. And if you're going to do something, do it well or don't do it at all.

📌 My Philosophy of Life

I believe in tradition, in the values of the past, in the importance of respect, word, loyalty, and common sense. But also in the need to understand chaos, to adapt, to question, to laugh at oneself, to not take everything literally. Life isn't black or white. And much less so now.

For me, the key is knowing how to navigate between order and chaos, taking advantage of the best of both worlds. I learned this in real life, in video games, and in human relationships. Because if you always stay on one side, you lose perspective.

📌 What will you find in this space?

Here you'll see video games, yes.

But also serious analysis while we play, debates about narrative, mechanics, and gamer culture. Bizarre moments with friends, unfiltered, where things are said that, if taken out of context, would seem absurd. But the point is precisely in understanding the context in knowing when it's humor and when it isn't.

Every now and then, intimate conversations about personal development. Not from a pedestal, but like a friend who says, "Hey, this happened to me... maybe it'll help you." We'll talk about emotional intelligence, emotional responsibility, communication maturity, how to regulate emotions and not explode over stupid things.

There's no room here for extreme political correctness or crystal culture. If you have to explain to someone that a joke is a joke, this channel probably isn't for them. My content is intended for adults who want to hear ideas without feeling the pinch.
