La mejor manera de comenzar este martes es dándole gracias a todas aquellas personitas que cada semana se toman un pedacito de su tiempo para leer mis publicaciones semanales, en esta hermosa comunidad de #WomenTribe. A pesar de no ser tarea fácil llevar una columna, debido a mi escaso tiempo libre, la verdad es que me tomo este momento de escritura para liberar el estrés que haya acumulado. Y como mencioné, es importante tomarse ese tiempo libre para liberar tensiones, sacudir las malas vibras y recuperar energías, así que claramente me encantaría leer como cada una de ustedes llevan a cabo ese momento consigo mismas, y se relajan🩷

The best way to start this Tuesday is to thank all those little people who take a little bit of their time every week to read my weekly posts, in this beautiful #WomenTribe community. Although it is not an easy task to write a column, due to my scarce free time, the truth is that I take this moment of writing to release the stress that I have accumulated. And as I mentioned, it's important to take that time off to release tensions, shake off bad vibes and recover energies, so clearly I would love to read how each of you carry out that moment with yourselves, and relax🩷

🌷¿Qué hago para relajarme? || What do I do to relax?🌷

Tengo muy bien precisado cuáles son las cosas que me ayudan a liberar el estrés, no es simplemente que me gusten, es algo más allá, porque por ejemplo, yo amo viajar, pero tristemente no tengo la oportunidad de hacerlo cada día o semana para relajarme. Así que, para mí, deben ser cosas pequeñas y sencillas de realizar que me permitan conectarme conmigo y tener un momento de paz.

I have very well defined what are the things that help me to release stress, it's not just that I like them, it's something beyond, because for example, I love to travel, but sadly I don't have the opportunity to do it every day or week to relax. So, for me, it has to be small and simple things to do that allow me to connect with myself and have a moment of peace.

Con el paso del tiempo, y de la dinámica que tenga en ese momento, mis intereses van cambiando. Con el ajetreo de la universidad, teniendo en cuenta que estoy en mis terceras pasantías y comenzando mi Trabajo Especial de Grado, no tengo suficiente tiempo libre, y cuando finalmente lo encuentro, lo utilizo para dormir, descansar. Aunque me encantaría leer un libro por semana o incluso menos, como lo hacía en años anteriores, ahora es complicado, porque no tengo la energía o atención para hacerlo. Me canso😭 Así que he optado por cosas más sencillas, que no requiera tanto esfuerzo de mí.

As time goes by, and depending on the dynamics I have at the time, my interests change. With the hustle and bustle of college, taking into account that I am in my third internship and starting my Special Degree Work, I don't have enough free time, and when I finally find it, I use it to sleep, rest. Although I would love to read one book a week or even less, as I did in previous years, now it's complicated, because I don't have the energy or attention to do it. I get tired😭 So I've opted for simpler things that don't require so much effort from me.

- Ver una película o capítulos de una serie. El simple hecho de acostarme por una hora o dos para ver una historia cualquiera, que me entretenga y me ayude a distraerme hace demasiado por mí. Me permite darle un respiro de paz a mi mente, que siempre está acelerada. Últimamente he tenido la oportunidad de compartir este momento con otra persona, lo cual lo hace aún más divertido al poder intercambiar opiniones y risas. - Escuchar música o Podcast. No es una sorpresa que algún día coloque música a todo volumen y me escuches cantar. ¿Qué mejor manera para liberar emociones que con una canción que te identifica? Y del mismo modo, en Youtube hay un montón de podcasts increíbles, actualmente estoy viendo los episodios de Seis de Copas, donde las risas son inevitables y se lo recomendaría a cualquier mujer.

- Watching a movie or episodes of a series. Just lying down for an hour or two to watch a random story that entertains me and helps distract me does too much for me. It allows me to give my mind, which is always racing, a break of peace. Lately I have had the opportunity to share this moment with another person, which makes it even more fun to exchange opinions and laughs. - Listening to music or Podcast. It's no surprise that someday I'll play music at full volume and you'll hear me sing, what better way to release emotions than with a song that identifies you? And likewise, on Youtube there are a lot of amazing podcasts, I'm currently watching the episodes of Seis de Copas, where the laughs are inevitable and I would recommend it to any woman.

- Reels de Instagram. Si me ven en línea en Instagram probablemente solo estaré viendo reels. Cuando estoy aburrida o cansada, me tomo media hora para ver videos, y aunque ya he mencionado mi opinión sobre las redes sociales, podria agregar que esa satisfacción instantánea nos atrae a todos. La vida puede estar difícil en el momento, pero ver un vídeo de gatos, o sobre un dato nuevo y random, ayuda que la vida sea un poco más ligera. - Skincare. Cada mañana y noche necesito de cinco a diez minutos para darle un poco de amor a mi piel. En las mañanas es fundamental, porque me ayuda a despertarme: lavar mi cara con agua fría, realizar mi rutina de cuidado de la piel y maquillarme, me ayuda a comenzar bien el día. Puedo estar agotada, sin haber dormido bien, pero no me gusta exteriorizarlo, o cada vez que me vea en un espejo veré ese rostro sin energía. Prefiero engañar un poco mi mente, estar un poco más fresca, y hacer algo lindo por mí.

- Instagram reels. If you see me online on Instagram I'm probably just watching reels. When I'm bored or tired, I take half an hour to watch videos, and while I've already mentioned my opinion on social media, I might add that instant gratification appeals to all of us. Life can be hard at the moment, but watching a cat video, or a random new fact, helps make life a little lighter. - Skincare. Every morning and evening I need five to ten minutes to give my skin some love. In the mornings it's essential, because it helps me wake up: washing my face with cold water, doing my skin care routine and putting on my makeup, helps me start the day off right. I can be exhausted, not having slept well, but I don't like to externalize it, or every time I look in a mirror I'll see that face with no energy. I prefer to trick my mind a little, be a little fresher, and do something nice for me.

Como puedes ver son gestos sencillos, que puedo realizar cada día para intentar mantener un equilibrio en mi salud mental, al menos para no caer en la desesperación. Es importante reconocer esos detalles que nos ayudan a relajar nuestro mundo. Hay otras cosas que ayudan, a pesar de no hacerlas tan seguido, "pequeños lujos": realizar mi manicura, leer una novela, o solo sentarme a escribir. E intento que, al menos, una vez al mes tener una salida, puede que sea a comer algo rico con mi familia o amigos, salir de la ciudad, o hacer algo diferente a la rutina. Recordarme que hay cosas maravillosas afuera de la vida cotidiana.

As you can see, these are simple gestures that I can do every day to try to maintain a balance in my mental health, at least not to fall into despair. It is important to recognize those details that help us to relax our world. There are other things that help, even though I don't do them that often, "little luxuries": getting a manicure, reading a novel, or just sitting down to write. And I try at least once a month to have an outing, maybe to eat something delicious with my family or friends, go out of town, or do something different from the routine. To remind myself that there are wonderful things outside of everyday life.

Por falta de tiempo, he decidido cambiar la columna semanal a cada dos semanas, darles más tiempo a ustedes para realizar las iniciativas, y también darme más tiempo para organizar mis responsabilidades🥺 Hasta luego💞
