En mi último Momento Foodie les conté un poco acerca de la famosa _Panadería Rosita_ ubicada en Caracas, panadería que destaca especialmente por sus panes elaborados 100% de masa madre. Su sede principal se encuentra ubicada en Sabana Grande, justo frente a la Plaza Las Delicias, pero útlimamente se han inaugurado sedes más pequeñas _(sedes express)_ dentro de la franquicia de Supermercados Río. Visitar su sede principal es todo una experiencia, pues te encuentras de frente con la historia de la panadería que data de los años 60. Sin embargo, esta panadería es tan famosa que básicamente a cualquier hora del día se encuentra a rebosar de clientes lo que puede resultar un poco agobiante al momento de querer encontrar una mesa disponible en donde sentarse por lo que, particularmente, me ha gustado mucho más visitar las sedes express que se encuentran en el supermercado. >In my last Foodie Moment I told you a little about the famous _Panadería Rosita_ located in Caracas, a bakery that stands out especially for its 100% sourdough breads. La semana pasada acudimos al supermercado únicamente porque la pizza de masa madre de Rosita se nos instaló en la cabeza, así que no estaba en nuestros planes esperar demasiado tiempo para ir a degustarla. De tres opciones de pizzas, justamente no disponían de la opción que habíamos decidido así que simplemente optamos por la más sencilla: _la Española_, que incluía salsa de tomate, mozarella, chorizo manchego y pimentón rostizado. Debo acotar que la combinación de sabores entre el pimentón y el tomillo es lo que elavaba esta pizza a otro nivel. >Welcome to Rosita's BakeryLast week we went to the supermarket only because Rosita's sourdough pizza had settled in our heads, so it wasn't in our plans to wait too long to go and taste it. En una próxima ocasión me gustaría comprar algunos de sus panes de masa madre. El de carbón activado es uno de los tantos que me llama la atención, además de que en RRSS se comenta que es el favorito de la clientela. Entre su infinidad de postres que, caben destacar lucía muy apetitosos y frescos, me llamó la atención el _croissant italiano_ porque, bueno, básicamente cualquier cosa que tenga un extra de chocolate siempre llamará mi atención. Se me hizo imposible no capturar en un fotografía los postres exhibidos, ¡lucían increíbles! además de que la iluminación ayudaba mucho más a realzar sus texturas y colores. Cabe destacar que junto con la pizza pedimos dos _berlinesas de crema de pistacho_ porque algo que resulta imposible de perdonar es irte de la Panadería Rosita sin comer al menos una de estas pequeñas esferas de masa dulce y ligera. >Next time I would like to buy some of their sourdough breads.
