Al pasar por esta calle cerca de un pequeño e improvisado puerto, no pude dejar de tomarle par de fotografías a esta escena tan tierna, me hizo pensar en el amor inocente y jugueton de una linda niñez y quise compartirlos con la comunidad. Vivo en una península así que vivo muy rodeada de el mar, todos los días disfruto de la brisa olor a sal marina, de las gaviotas que avisan que hay cerca un mar hermoso, de el Sol sonriente casi todo el tiempo, aquí todos los días siento que estoy cerquita de Dios, de su perfecta creación.

La niñez en el mar es juguetona y llena de conexión, aprendemos a apreciar la naturaleza desde pequeños, y valoramos todo ser viviendo en ella. Haber crecido cerca del mar sin duda me hizo tener una gran conciencia hacia el medio ambiente y la vida en la naturaleza, de cuánto debemos aprender de ella y de como cuidarla.

Observar ese par de niños jugando a las orillas del mar me hizo recordar mi niñez, y me hizo pensar lo importante de tener una niñez cargada de inocencia, sin estrés ni ansiedad, cosa que veo mucho en la actualidad en niños. Es importante para nuestra salud mental haber tenido una linda infancia, y doy gracias a Dios por vivir cerca del mar ya que pienso me ayudó a vivir más en paz desde y tranquila desde niña. Siento que el mar es una fuente de energía positiva que nos mueve a todos y nos hace sentirnos mejor, más livianos y limpios (mentalmente hablando).

Tratemos todos de ir a más a lugares en la naturaleza, playas, ríos, montañas, lo que sea que tengas más cerca de ti, por qué esa conexión con la naturaleza, el estar un rato en silencio en ella, solo respirar y observar tu alrededor te liberar cargas energéticas pesadas, te hace sentirte que estás complementando el panorama, que eres parte de eso y de todo. Todo lo que este al aire libre es hermoso para conectar, así solo sea en un pequeño puerto improvisado solitario 🏞️.

Pienso que a los niños desde pequeños debemos enseñarles lo importante de cuidar el ambiente y animales, así crecen con más consciencia y por consiguiente más equilibrados y felices en sus vidas, el tener una infancia alegre nos ayuda a ser adultos sin trastornos mentales, que muchas veces nos detienen la vida.

El incentivar prácticas espirituales como la meditación, y respiración conscientes a temprana edad sería lo ideal por qué los niños reducirían sus niveles de estrés que muchas veces genera la escuela y el bullying.

Hoy en día se habla mucho de bullying y es difícil poder defender en todo momento a nuestros niños en sus actividades escolares, por eso también es muy importante inculcarles el valor de la autoestima, eso ayudaría en esas posibles situaciones si llegan a suceder, ayudarían a defenderse de sus agresores, y muy importante no les afectaría mentalmente.

Passing by this street near a small and improvised port, I could not help taking a couple of pictures of this tender scene, it made me think of the innocent and playful love of a beautiful childhood and I wanted to share them with the community. I live in a peninsula so I live very surrounded by the sea, every day I enjoy the breeze, the smell of sea salt, the seagulls that warn me that there is a beautiful sea nearby, the smiling sun almost all the time, here every day I feel that I am close to God, to his perfect creation.

Childhood at the sea is playful and full of connection, we learn to appreciate nature from a young age, and value every being living in it. Growing up near the sea certainly made me very aware of the environment and life in nature, how much we should learn from it and how to take care of it.

Watching that pair of children playing by the sea made me remember my childhood, and made me think how important it is to have a childhood full of innocence, without stress or anxiety, something that I see a lot nowadays in children. It is important for our mental health to have had a nice childhood, and I thank God for living near the sea because I think it helped me to live in peace since I was a child. I feel that the sea is a source of positive energy that moves us all and makes us feel better, lighter and cleaner (mentally speaking).
