This time I bring you a recipe to make chicken medallions with deliciously seasoned thighs and thighs, which will also be stuffed with cheese, ham, paprika strips and wrapped with strips of bacon, the secret of these medallions is the mixture of flavors, achieving a harmony between the flavor of bacon, the creaminess of cheese and smoked ham. En esta ocasión les traigo una receta para hacer medallones de pollo con muslos y contramuslos deliciosamente sazonados, que además estarán rellenos de queso, jamón, tiras de pimentón y envueltos con tiras de tocino, el secreto de estos medallones es la mezcla de sabores, logrando una armonía entre el sabor del tocino, la cremosidad del queso y el jamón ahumado. Ahora colocamos otro trozo del muslo encima, y rodeamos nuestro trozo con tiras de bacon, luego atamos con hilo mecha, luego colocamos cada uno de los trozos en una bandeja y lo metemos en el horno durante 30 minutos a fuego medio, en ese momento le damos la vuelta por ambos lados, y lo dejamos 15 minutos a fuego fuerte hasta que se dore.
