En donde vivo actualmente solo venden bacalao en diciembre pues no es típico en semana santa en México consumir este pescado por lo que se hace muy difícil encontrar en los supermercados. Yo para no caer en nostalgias y respetando mis tradiciones al no consumir carnes rojas, decidí preparar sushi, que es un plato japonés y me encanta. Para ello utilice los siguientes ingredientes:

Proceder a lavar el arroz. Colocar el arroz en una olla amplia y agregar el agua. Colocar en la estufa a fuego bajo la olla y tapar herméticamente ya que el vapor ayudará en la cocción. Dejar cocinar por aproximadamente 25 min, moviendo pocas veces la olla sin destapar a fin de mover el arroz.

Es sushi al ser bajo en sal requiere de esa salsa de soya que le potencia su sabor y si sumerges estos bocaditos justo antes de comer en una salsa teriyaki es lo máximo. Estos sushis al tener rellenos un poco blandos y llenos de sabor son muy agradables al paladar. Puedes también rellenar tus sushis con camarón, atún ahumado etc. Estos que realice fueron de surimi, ya que es muy fácil de conseguir en los supermercados.
