Heridas de la infancia... Nunca me había hecho tan consciente de lo que uno arrastra desde la niñez, hasta que veo a mi hija crecer, entrar a la adolescencia y reflejar cosas que me sacan de foco. Además... Ciertas circunstancias en mi vida últimamente que me han reseteado emocionalmente por así decirlo, me han hecho obligatoriamente hacerme un auto-examen y llegar a la raíz de muchas cosas. Sinceramente... Esto ha sido un alivio en cierto sentido. Cuando te conoces un poco más, y te ves de frente con tus traumas y heridas, eres capaz de entenderte mejor y hasta actuar de manera diferente a lo habitual. *¡El conocimiento es poder!* Si la mayoría de las personas se dedicarán más a sanar sus traumas y heridas tanto como se aferran a entrenar el cuerpo, la calidad de vida y mental de muchos mejoraría y notoriamente. Además de todo, aprendí algo... Cada cosa difícil que nos pasa, que nos tumba, que consciente o inconscientemente repetimos, está lleno de algún aprendizaje y se repetirá una y mil veces más hasta que logremos entender lo que la vida nos quiere enseñar. Esto suena medio filosófico pero jejeje, es cierto... ¡Nada nos pertenece, todo es aprendizaje!

Childhood wounds... I had never become so aware of what one carries from childhood, until I see my daughter grow up, enter adolescence and reflect on things that take me out of focus. Also. Certain circumstances in my life lately that have reset me emotionally so to speak, have made me necessarily do a self-examination and get to the root of many things. Honestly... This has been a relief in a sense. When you get to know yourself a little better, and see yourself face to face with your traumas and wounds, you are able to understand yourself better and even act differently than usual. *Knowledge is power! If most people would dedicate themselves more to healing their traumas and wounds as much as they hold on to training the body, the quality of life and mental quality of many would improve and noticeably so. Besides everything, I learned something.... Every difficult thing that happens to us, that knocks us down, that we consciously or unconsciously repeat, is full of some learning and will be repeated a thousand times more until we manage to understand what life wants to teach us. This sounds a bit philosophical but hehehe, it is true .... Nothing belongs to us, everything is learning!
