Las quejas muchas veces forman parte de nuestro día a día; aunque lo queramos negar, siempre habrá alguna mínima cosa que hará que esto surja. Podemos verlas de manera inocente en un principio, puesto que a veces justamente tenemos esa aceptación ante quejas para así convertirlas en puntos a mejorar y avanzar, pero cuando somos nosotros los que hacemos estas quejas, tenemos que tener cuidado de no caer en un círculo constante que pudiera afectar el cómo vemos y recibimos nuestro entorno; en esta iniciativa, @naath nos trae unas preguntas referentes a este curioso tema para así dar nuestro punto de vista, las cuales son las siguientes:

¿Desde dónde crees que proviene la queja?

La queja proviene de esa sensación de inconformidad ante resultados no esperados y situaciones que no controlamos y que tienen una respuesta diferente a la esperada, pero ¿por qué?, pues porque a veces no aceptamos esto. Estamos apegados a querer una sola vía que, cuando se desvía, así sea un poco, entramos en conflicto interno con nosotros mismos. Pudiera venir de esa sensación incluso de perfeccionismo por parte de nosotros cuando esta queja es hacia las cosas que nosotros mismos hacemos, de ese querer que todo salga según lo planeado y al no entender que hay momentos donde tenemos que pasar por situaciones diferentes para avanzar, entramos en negación y, por ende, a la misma queja. ![](https://images.ecency.com/DQmZqfjwxu5KNCv4ZWQb4CNgvciVFPzx3m9gocYjQRLeBKm/1722384966059.jpg)

¿Qué herramientas has utilizado para mejorar tu voz interna?

Una cosa en la que llegué junto con una linda personita al comentarle sobre esta iniciativa es justamente que la meditación es algo que se suele hacer para, como quien dice, calmar esa voz que nos lleva a ese quejar la inconformidad, mejorar nuestra voz interna; en mi caso, parte de esta charla hacia uno mismo donde a veces incluso el sobrepensar no es tan mal, ya que nos puede llevar a ese punto de realidad ante las posibles situaciones y así prepararnos para aceptar mejor cada respuesta y destino que venga diferente.

¿En qué situaciones la queja ha prevalecido como forma de aceptar que no puedes conseguir o lograr algo?

Para esto diría que las veces que no he salido de mi zona de confort o aventurarme a hacer actividades fuera de mi pequeña madriguera van atribuidas a esa queja que se queda como vencedora ante esa situación y al final no realizo aventuras nuevas o tengo ese valor por conseguir pretextos que evitan a toda costa realizarlas. Se podría decir que a veces, en vez de expresar esa pena o simplemente aprovechar las oportunidades, la queja toma el poder y, pues, hace su mejor jugada evadiendo que logre o dé esos pasos. ![](https://images.ecency.com/DQmZqfjwxu5KNCv4ZWQb4CNgvciVFPzx3m9gocYjQRLeBKm/1722384966059.jpg)

¿Crees que la queja nace de una forma de crianza o se va formando a medida que vamos creciendo?

Esta pregunta es algo fuerte. Mientras la conversaba, llegamos a dos respuestas distintas, ya que esta personita me decía que la queja se va formando a medida que crecemos y comenzamos a tener ambiciones y metas y vamos viendo todo lo que tenemos que recorrer con todo y baches en el camino, pero por mi parte me inclino más a la idea de que es un poco de ambas, ya que la queja viene de la crianza y esto por lo siguiente: "Si crecemos en una familia donde entre sus costumbres predomina el quejarse y querer lo de otros y autocuestionarse y cuestionar las acciones de los demás y las propias, es normal y casi marcado que esto será algo que, a medida que vayamos creciendo, iremos formando hacia nosotros también y que si no logramos ver y entender el entorno, podríamos llegar a ese punto de reflejar los mismos pasos de donde partimos".

¿Constantemente te detiene la queja para poder hacer aquellas cosas que crees imposibles?

La pregunta que sin duda nos lleva a reflexionar y pensar de manera retrospectiva en todas esas ocasiones donde hemos pasado esta situación, y en mi caso es muy seguido, desde lo simple hasta lo complejo. Esas metas que aún están estancadas son justamente causa de esta barrera de quejas que se acumulan ante las inseguridades que surgen. Disfrazamos esas inseguridades de dar esos pasos o esos miedos de que no resulte lo que tanto queremos hacer con esas quejas que sin cesar están poniendo esa traba que se hará cada vez más grande, y que solo si logramos poner frente con soluciones seremos capaces de salir y lograr lo imposible. ![](https://images.ecency.com/DQmZqfjwxu5KNCv4ZWQb4CNgvciVFPzx3m9gocYjQRLeBKm/1722384966059.jpg)

¿Cómo puedes aprender a ver la vida desde la gratitud y dejar la queja en un segundo plano?

Pasar de la queja a la gratitud o incluso a un punto medio es algo que depende de nosotros mismos y si tenemos el entorno adecuado, ya que, aunque estemos decididos, si donde estamos no contribuye, pueden seguir esas quejas aunque sean pequeñas. Reforzar la confianza, dar pasos seguros sin miedo y enfrentar temores son un par de esas acciones que ayudan y nos dan ese aprendizaje a entender que nada tiene que tener una línea recta, que a veces las mejores cosas vienen de lo incorrecto y lo inesperado y romper ese paradigma de que todo tiene que ser preciso para su momento y vivir más tranquilo con las sorpresas y rumbos que la vida nos prepara. Tanto a mí como a la personita con la que pude compartir y reflexionar sobre cada pregunta se nos fue algo rudo, incluso de mantener la mente tranquila sin llegar a tener pensamientos negativos, ya que aceptar esas cosas y tener en mente el problema de autosabotearnos con quejas es algo que es de trabajar más que de dejar, por lo que puedo decir que fue un momento productivo de muy buenos resultados.

Complaints are often part of our daily lives; even if we want to deny it, there will always be some little thing that will make this happen. We can see them innocently at first, since sometimes we just have that acceptance of complaints in order to turn them into points to improve and move forward, but when we are the ones who make these complaints, we have to be careful not to fall into a constant circle that could affect how we see and receive our environment; in this initiative, @naath brings us some questions regarding this curious topic in order to give our point of view, which are the following:

Where do you think the complaint comes from?

The complaint comes from that feeling of dissatisfaction with unexpected results and situations that we do not control and that have a different response than expected, but why? Well, because sometimes we do not accept this. We are attached to wanting a single path that, when it deviates, even a little, we enter into internal conflict with ourselves. What tools have you used to improve your inner voice?

One thing that I came to with a nice little person when I told her about this initiative is precisely that meditation is something that is usually done to, as they say, calm that voice that leads us to complain and discontent, to improve our inner voice; in my case, part of this self-talk where sometimes even overthinking is not so bad, since it can take us to that point of reality in the face of possible situations and thus prepare us to better accept each response and destiny that comes differently.

In what situations has complaining prevailed as a way of accepting that you cannot achieve or accomplish something?

For this I would say that the times that I have not left my comfort zone or ventured to do activities outside my little burrow are attributed to that complaint that remains as the winner in that situation and in the end I do not undertake new adventures or I have that courage to find excuses that avoid doing them at all costs. Do you think that complaining is born from a way of upbringing or is it formed as we grow?

This question is a bit strong. While I was talking about it, we came to two different answers, since this little person told me that complaining is formed as we grow and begin to have ambitions and goals and we see everything we have to go through with all the bumps in the road, but for my part I am more inclined to the idea that it is a bit of both, since complaining comes from upbringing and this is for the following reason: "If we grow up in a family where complaining and wanting what others have and questioning ourselves and the actions of others and our own predominate among their customs, it is normal and almost marked that this will be something that, as we grow, we will form towards ourselves as well and that if we do not manage to see and understand the environment, we could reach that point of reflecting the same steps from where we started."

Does complaining constantly stop you from being able to do those things that you think are impossible?

The question that undoubtedly leads us to reflect and think retrospectively on all those occasions where we have gone through this situation, and in my case it is very often, from the simple to the complex. Those goals that are still stagnant are precisely the cause of this barrier of complaints that accumulate in the face of insecurities that arise. How can you learn to see life from a place of gratitude and leave complaints in the background?

Moving from complaints to gratitude or even to a middle ground is something that depends on ourselves and if we have the right environment, because, even if we are determined, if where we are does not contribute, those complaints can continue, even if they are small. Strengthening confidence, taking safe steps without fear and facing fears are a couple of those actions that help and give us that learning to understand that nothing has to have a straight line, that sometimes the best things come from the wrong and the unexpected and breaking that paradigm that everything has to be precise for its moment and living more peacefully with the surprises and directions that life prepares for us. Both me and the person with whom I was able to share and reflect on each question found it a bit difficult, even to keep a calm mind without having negative thoughts, since accepting those things and keeping in mind the problem of self-sabotage with complaints is something that needs to be worked on rather than left behind, so I can say that it was a productive moment with very good results.
