Para todos, estos días Santos sirvan para reflexionar en cada paso que se da, más los pensamientos por los que somos abordados.

@charjaim nos invita a compartir esas cosas que nos pasan en la vida, a veces sentimos o damos por hecho lo que vivimos, sin entender esa fortaleza demostrada ante situaciones conflictivas, aunque por dentro nos sintamos destruidos, como se decía o hay quienes lo expresan : la procesión se lleva por dentro.

Cada día es una experiencia vivida desde muy jóvenes se presentan situaciones a las cuales nostoca parar un poco y entender qué pasa. Cambiar de un pueblo a una ciudad en los 80 es fuerte, la cultura, los personas de nuestra misma edad quienes nos rodean y nos ven diferentes, buscan las miles de formas de hacernos sentir mal porque somos pueblerinas, ahora lo veo y digo simplemente fui guiada por la mano de Dios, viví soledad, me daba tristeza días que no podía viajar por diferentes razones, estaba muy encerrada en mí. Luego, llegó la comprensión de disfrutar un poco de lo que se presentaba, sola, disfrutaba mis momentos de esparcimientos los que me permitía, todavía no sé si de verdad era tan complicada como para no encontrar amistades o era la vida de la ciudad.

Se presentaban obstáculos, los enfrentaba, eran resueltas las situaciones.

Luego, el cambio de ciudad otra vez a un pueblo convirtiéndose en ciudad…los choques fuertes, si los viví, allí prácticamente viajaba todos los fines de semanas a la casa de mis padres, no me encontraba en ese nuevo espacio, cada quien en lo suyo como siempre, cada quien con sus grupos, entrar no era tan sencillo. También lloré soledades, sentía no era mi espacio, lo más grande es que uno no podía decir eso porque le decían que era raro…bueno así pasaron unos meses hasta que decidí hacer otras actividades, compañeras, aunque amistades como para hablar de temas de este tipo no me parecía.

Vino el matrimonio, para mí fue fuerte los primeros años de convivencia, creo que la ocupación en diferentes actividades me sirvió para no dar mucha energía a lo que ocurría en él. Sin poder decir mucho, por razones de familias. Ni con una, ni con otra.

Luego vino ese proceso por el que muchas familias pasamos desde hace unos años, la migración forzada de nuestros hijos. Mantenerme como si no pasara nada, no expresé mucho, eso se fue acumulando sin darme cuenta, vinieron cosas en mi salud. Para mi esposo yo estaba fuerte, él por el suelo al ver a mis dos hijos fuera de casa, me tocó levantar esos ánimos, cuando por dentro llevaba mi procesión.

Luego vino el cuidado de mi madre, tuve temor en traerla a mi casa, ya era el momento porque vi a mis hermanas desesperadas y sentí su agonía, poca empatía, paciencia, aunque yo venía trajinando un camino de espiritualidad, conociendo, comprendiendo, entendiendo, aceptando, fue un llamado el cual sentí para asumir este reto, no sé si llamarlo así. Fue sus dos últimos años de vida, mi madre y yo en compañía de mi esposo. Nunca sentí la empatía de mis hermanas hacia el cuidado de mi madre, parece que nunca se dieron cuenta que ella se estaba despidiendo, los últimos meses para mi fueron muy fuertes.

Esto trajo consecuencias a mi salud, el duelo, a todos nos pasa. Decidí tomar terapias en este caso opté por la bioenergía, acompañada de su charla y descubrir muchas cosas que me pasaban internamente. En este llevo casi un año, puedo decir que sigo en el camino del entendimiento, si hay más tranquilidad, comprensión hacia muchas cosas. Hoy estos aprendizajes forman parte de acompañamiento a mis hijos en sus situaciones que por una u otra razón se les presenta.

Every day is an experience lived from a very young age, situations arise in which we have to stop for a while and understand what is happening. Changing from a village to a city in the 80's is strong, the culture, the people of our own age who surround us and see us differently, look for thousands of ways to make us feel bad because we are small towns, now I see it and I say I was simply guided by the hand of God, I lived alone, I was sad days that I could not travel for different reasons, I was very closed in me. Then came the realization to enjoy a little of what was presented, alone, I enjoyed my moments of recreation that I allowed myself, I still do not know if it was really so complicated as not to find friends or was the city life.

Obstacles presented themselves, I faced them, situations were solved.

Then, the change of city again to a town becoming a city...the strong shocks, yes I lived them, there I practically traveled every weekend to my parents' house, I did not find myself in that new space, each one in his own thing as always, each one with his groups, entering was not so simple. I also cried loneliness, I felt it was not my space, the greatest thing is that one could not say that because they said it was weird ... well so a few months passed until I decided to do other activities, companions, although friendships as to talk about issues of this type did not seem to me.

Marriage came, for me the first years of cohabitation were hard, I think that the occupation in different activities helped me not to give much energy to what was happening in it. Without being able to say much, for reasons of families. Neither with one, nor with the other.

Then came the process that many families have been going through for some years now, the forced migration of our children. Keeping myself as if nothing was happening, I did not express much, that was accumulating without realizing it, things happened to my health. For my husband I was strong, he was on the floor when he saw my two children out of the house, it was up to me to raise my spirits, when inside I was carrying my procession.

Then came the care of my mother, I was afraid to bring her to my house, it was time because I saw my sisters in despair and I felt their agony, little empathy, patience, although I had been walking a path of spirituality, knowing, understanding, understanding, accepting, it was a call which I felt to take on this challenge, I do not know if I call it that. It was her last two years of life, my mother and I in the company of my husband. I never felt the empathy of my sisters towards my mother's care, it seems that they never realized that she was saying goodbye, the last months for me were very strong.

This brought consequences to my health, bereavement, it happens to all of us. I decided to take therapies in this case I opted for bioenergy, accompanied by his talk and discover many things that happened to me internally. In this I have been almost a year, I can say that I am still on the path of understanding, if there is more tranquility, understanding of many things.
