Esta rutina es la manera más efectiva de fortalecer tu plancha, porque hoy les traigo 3 ejercicios entré empujé y tensión, donde fortaleceremos y incrementaremos nuestra fuerza para varios músculos que necesitaremos que estén más fuertes para progresar más rápido, estos ejercicios son los que nos ayudarán a incrementar nuestra fuerza, y fortalecer a esos músculos que les falta dicha fuerza, esto nos ayuda a sacar esas progresiones con mayor fluidez, así mismo poco a poco obtendríamos esa fuerza para sacar el estático o truco que tengamos como objetivo, ya que vamos por ese objetivo tanto de mejorarlo como obtenerla, esto nos ayudará a obtener mejor postura, para hacer los ejercicios correctamente, también hay que recordar que necesitamos un buen calentamiento para no lesionarse, ya que una lesión puede retrasar nuestro avance y proceso, así que un buen calentamiento para evitar lesiones. Este tipo de rutinas principalmente es para personas que quieren fortalecer su fuerza en resistencia, que esto nos ayuda a tener y obtener más repeticiones de cualquier ejercicio, ya que son muy efectivas a la hora de progresar para hacer alguna progresión con mejor técnica, si eres una de esas personas pues sígueme, que el día de hoy te traeré una rutina para que ejercites algunos de los músculos que son los siguientes (pecho, hombro, tríceps y abdomen estos son unos de los principales) sin más nada que decir... ¡Comencemos!

Primero que todo un buen estiramiento porque no queremos lesionar ningún músculo , porque vamos a hacer L-sit a tuck: Fortalece los músculos del core, hombros, tríceps y caderas, esenciales para sostener el cuerpo en la posición de L-sit y en la transición a Tuck, este movimiento ayuda a mejorar la coordinación y el control del cuerpo, ya que requiere una buena conexión entre la parte superior e inferior del cuerpo, la posición de L-sit también promueve la flexibilidad en los isquiotibiales y caderas, lo cual es beneficioso para otros movimientos y ejercicios, es un paso intermedio que te prepara para movimientos más avanzados en calistenia, como el planche o el front lever, ayuda a desarrollar la estabilidad en los hombros y la muñeca, lo que es crucial para muchos ejercicios de calistenia. En este ejercicio estaremos haciendo 3 repeticiones por 4 series.

Nuestro segundo ejercicio es aguante en tuck supino: Este ejercicio se centra en los músculos del abdomen y la parte baja de la espalda, mejorando la estabilidad y la fuerza del core, al mantener la posición, se activan los músculos de los hombros y tríceps, lo que contribuye al desarrollo de fuerza en la parte superior del cuerpo, al trabajar en la posición de Tuck, se fomenta una mejor alineación corporal, lo que puede mejorar la postura general, este ejercicio es un paso intermedio que ayuda a preparar el cuerpo para movimientos más complejos, como el L-sit o el planche, mantenerse en Tuck supino desarrolla la resistencia muscular, lo que es beneficioso para realizar ejercicios de mayor duración. En este ejercicio estaremos haciendo 10 segundos de aguante por 4 series.

Nuestro tercer y último ejercicio son flexiones en lean: Este ejercicio se enfoca en trabajar los músculos pectorales y tríceps, mejorando su fuerza y tamaño, al mantener el cuerpo en una posición inclinada, se activa el core, lo que ayuda a desarrollar estabilidad y fuerza en la zona media, las flexiones en lean permiten a los principiantes trabajar en su técnica y forma, facilitando la transición a flexiones más avanzadas, este ejercicio permite variar el ángulo de inclinación, lo que ayuda a trabajar diferentes partes del pecho y los hombros, realizar múltiples repeticiones ayuda a aumentar la resistencia muscular, lo cual es beneficioso para el rendimiento en otros ejercicios de calistenia. En este ejercicio estaremos haciendo 10 repeticiones por 4 series.
