Los estiramientos previos mayormente ayudan aque los músculos se relajen y le permite que le llegue oxígeno, para que de esta manera los nutrientes se muevan con mayor facilidad por todo el cuerpo. ¿También unos de los beneficios de los estiramientos previos.? Estirar los músculos después de un ejercicio o sesión de entrenamiento ayuda a mantenerlo suelto y de esta manera disminuye la sensación de dolor que puede sentir por la estimulación de un entrenamiento intenso.

Pre-stretching mostly helps the muscles relax and allows oxygen to get to them, so nutrients can move more easily throughout the body. Also some of the benefits of pre-stretching? Stretching the muscles after an exercise or training session helps keep them loose and thus decreases the aching sensation you may feel from the stimulation of an intense workout.

Esta sesión de entrenamiento previo de diez movimientos es importante porque ayudan al cuidando de todos los músculos y articulaciones, aumenta la flexibilidad, un mejor flujo sanguíneo, fortalecimiento de forma integral, mas facilidad de los movimientos cotidianos. El estiramiento en si ha sido asociado através del tiempo al cualquier tipo de deporte ya que es una base fundamental que se debe de hacer antes de cualquier sesión de entrenamiento o prácticas de deportes. También lo puedes hacer diariamente como un hábito esto para relajar los músculos y ponerlos en disposición de un trabajo o como parte de las pausas activas que va requiriendo nuestro cuerpo constantemente en el día a día. esto lo pueden hacer la primera, segunda, y tercera edad así se mantiene con una buena salud y con menos dolores en el cuerpo.

This previous training session of ten movements is important because it helps to take care of all the muscles and joints, increases flexibility, better blood flow, strengthening in an integral way, easier daily movements. Stretching itself has been associated through time to any type of sport as it is a fundamental base that should be done before any training session or sports practice. You can also do it daily as a habit to relax the muscles and put them in readiness for a job or as part of the active breaks that our body constantly requires on a daily basis. This can be done by the first, second, and third age so you stay in good health and with less pain in the body.
