Porridge is always the best alternative when other food feels so boring for your day. Especially on this unusually hot day and also my erratic body temperature lately makes me unable to enjoy the usual food at home with good. Therefore, porridge becomes an easy dish with new variants that can make me more fun to enjoy it.

Dragon Fruit Porridge

Dragon fruit porridge is a porridge made from rice flour with a combination of coconut milk and dragon fruit puree. Enjoyed with thickened palm sugar water, this dish can be enjoyed anytime and is perfect for a hot day like I mentioned above.

70 grams dragon fruit 100 grams rice flour 3 tablespoons sugar 250 ml thick coconut milk

200 ml water 50 grams palm sugar 2 tablespoons granulated sugar 1 pandan leaf

**Making Dragon Fruit Pulp**

**Step 1**

Cut the dragon fruit, then blend until smooth with water until it becomes juice.

Combine rice flour and sugar.

**Step 3**

Then add the dragon fruit juice and stir until evenly mixed.

**Step 4**

Add thick coconut milk, stir again then add salt.

**Step 5**

Cook the porridge over low heat until thickened and soft. Now at this stage you have to use low heat while the porridge continues to stir.

**Step 1**

Combine palm sugar then add water and granulated sugar.

Next add pandan leaves then stir and cook until the sauce is cooked and also thickens.
