Ingredients

* 3 (3-oz.) salmon fillets * 1 teasp. mustard * 2 cloves garlic, finely minced * 2 tsp. fresh thyme leaves, chopped (if you like) * Juice of 1/2 lemon * Salt * Freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Heat broiler and line a baking sheet with parchment. In a small bowl, mix together mustard, garlic, thyme and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Spread mixture all over salmon fillets and broil, 7 to 8 minutes.
