El día de hoy el tema a tratar es de escogencia libre. Angélica nos ha permitido escoger entre todos los temas que ya hemos conversado anteriormente, uno que sea de nuestra preferencia y desarrollarlo más elaboradamente y con más profundidad. Para esta interesante ocasión, yo he escogido el tema de "dime con quién andas y te diré quién eres", y esto se debe a que recientemente he estado observando cómo se ejercen una serie de presiones en el vecindario donde vivo. Es importante mencionar que cada comunidad tiene sus necesidades, y en el vecindario donde estoy no es la excepción. Hay personas que tienen capacidades limitadas a nivel financiero debido a que no les alcanza el dinero de su pensión o de sus ingresos y no pueden cubrir cierta cantidad de requerimientos para sus propias vidas. Me encuentro dentro de ese grupo y trato de solventar mis carencias de la mejor manera posible. Hablo de esto porque a nivel de todo el edificio hay un alto nivel de morosidad, ya que las personas no pueden pagar el condominio por los altos costos de los servicios y precisamente porque lo que reciben de sus pensiones no les alcanza para cubrir los requerimientos y los gastos que al momento son 15 dólares mensuales. Quizás esto les parezca un monto muy ínfimo para muchas personas, pero créanme que para alguien que no tiene suficientes recursos y vive de una pensión no le es suficiente para cubrir los gastos. Todo esto viene porque la persona no puede pagar, llevan mucho tiempo atrasadas en el condominio y, por supuesto, los servicios en el edificio se dañan, se van deteriorando debido a que no se paga la electricidad, no se paga el aseo, hacen falta distintos tipos de reparaciones y no se pueden cumplir con las distintas obligaciones. Esto lleva a un sentimiento general de angustia y crea mucha ansiedad en todos los que vivimos en el vecindario, porque obviamente al no encontrar una salida o una alternativa para poder pagar las cuotas de condominio y para poder reparar los distintos servicios que hacen falta, como reparaciones de un suelo que está deteriorado, el mantenimiento de los ascensores, distintas reparaciones a nivel general que son obligatorias y muy necesarias, no se pueden cubrir por la alta morosidad. Actualmente, nadie quiere ir a estas reuniones porque quieren elegir una nueva junta de condominio y nadie quiere asumir esa responsabilidad debido a la cantidad de molestias y inconvenientes que eso trae. Es una gran responsabilidad y simplemente resulta muy desagradable que, como miembro de una junta de condominio, las personas te estén criticando y diciendo que no lo haces bien cuando estás haciendo un trabajo de forma voluntaria. Ya yo he pasado por eso muchos años atrás cuando fui miembro de junta de condominio, y otras personas que han estado en esa misma posición no quieren asumir de nuevo esa posición. El sentimiento que se crea es de angustia y de una gran presión porque tienen muchas indirectas a quienes no vamos a asistir, no queremos participar de eso para que no nos obliguen a pertenecer en esta junta de condominio, porque simplemente preferimos aportar nuestras ideas desde nuestros espacios por WhatsApp y colaborar en todas las iniciativas favorables para que se logre subsanar las necesidades que tenemos en el edificio. Pero el punto con esto es que el juntarse con todas estas personas que están angustiadas hace que uno se angustie, y aquí viene el título del tema que estamos tratando el día de hoy: "Dime con quién te juntas y te diré quién eres". Por ese argumento es que yo he decidido precisamente no juntarme con estas personas que viven como que todo el tiempo pendientes con la vida en un hilo, de si se dañó el ascensor o de qué es lo próximo que va a pasar, creándole angustia y creando mayores niveles de estrés en mi persona y en otros miembros del edificio. Es allí tan importante lo que es tener un discurso razonable y comunicarse acertadamente con otras personas desde la positividad, desde un lenguaje que no te produzca ansiedad y no le cause ansiedad y estrés a los demás. Creo que si se manejara más conscientemente este discurso de parte de la gran mayoría de personas que están a cargo de la junta de condominio, más personas se sentirían motivadas a participar, no desde el punto de que te tengan que presionar para que pagues una cuota, sino de entender que esa persona no tiene los recursos necesarios y hacer propuestas entendiendo que la persona va a poder pagar esa deuda que tiene, pero en cuotas o poco a poco, según las necesidades de cada quien. Porque también está el otro punto de vista, de que generalmente estas personas quieren obligar a una señora que tiene nada más un ingreso de 30 dólares mensuales a que obligatoriamente pague 20 dólares de costo de condominio. Y es por eso que personas como yo decidimos y tomamos esta elección de vida de no juntarnos en estos círculos y de no participar con estas personas, en estos grupos que son tan tóxicos, que es necesario vernos obligados y presionados a participar, pero no queremos hacerlo y estamos en constante negativa de no querer participar por este hecho. Porque nos intoxicamos y hacen que la vida de cada uno de nosotros, en vez de ser alegre, sea todo lo contrario y tengamos una predisposición y un prejuicio a participar. De aquí la importancia en escoger qué entornos frecuentas, qué entornos manejas y con qué personas te rodeas. Y es por eso que desde hace muchos años mi decisión ha sido no sólo no participar en estas asambleas y en estas reuniones, sino que limitar dentro de lo más posible el contacto con estas personas que realmente son muy tóxicas, porque no quiero intoxicarme con alguien a quien yo saludo y lo primero que me hace es preguntarme si ya me enteré si la Anita pagó el condominio o no lo pagó. Yo no quiero saber nada acerca de eso, yo quiero saber acerca de música, de arte, de creaciones y de cosas bonitas en la vida, y esta ha sido mi decisión para seguir adelante en mi entorno. Y aquí también en hive porque he decidido que los tipos de contenido que manejo y los tipos de personas que voy a tratar acá en la cadena de bloques van a ser definidos por mis intereses y por lo que yo quiero proyectar, sin tener que involucrar dentro de todo lo que yo pueda la toxicidad en mi vida, tratando de alejarme lo más de ese extremo y polarizándome únicamente a los intereses que aportan o suman algo en mi vida. Y este es el desarrollo del tema para el día de hoy, que me ha parecido muy interesante y apropiado por la situación actual y la condición de esta junta de condominio, por todas estas presiones que estamos teniendo últimamente todas las personas en este vecindario. Creo que se debe dejar ser a las personas, que entendamos que somos adultos, que tenemos una responsabilidad y que nos haremos cargo de eso, pero que vamos a asumir esa responsabilidad en la medida de las posibilidades que cada uno de nosotros tengamos, y no de las que los demás nos quieran forzar a ejercer.
