**¡Saludos, Hivers!** Es posible que muchos sintamos que nos estamos estancando. Ya sea por el mercado bajista que estamos viviendo en estos momentos, por la aparente falta de desarrollo en el ecosistema o por algunas razones más. Digo aparente, porque hay muchos proyectos que están haciendo muy buenas mejoras, pero muchos están aún en las sombras. No se pueden ver a simple vista o tal vez no lo comparten como deberían. Es desalentador cuando el precio de Hive baja, pero independientemente de eso, creo que uno de los problemas más grandes que tenemos en Hive es como las personas nos encuentras. Desde crear una cuenta y como empiezan su proceso de aprendizaje. En la mayoría de los casos sí o sí necesitan la ayuda personalizada de alguien con experiencia. Son contados los casos donde las personas leen, aprenden por sí solas y además tienen la iniciativa para crecer poca a poco sin guía. En mi caso fue así, claro alguien me tuvo abrir los ojos que esto existía, pero lo básico lo aprendí solo. **¿De qué depende que alguien quiera aprender solo?** De varias cosas, pero principalmente estas tres: interés, pasión y necesidad. Si tienes interés no te importará echarte un clavado a este complejo mundo. Si además tienes pasión por la creación de contenido, por la web3, mundo cripto o la tecnología blockchain tendrás más motivación. Si a esto le sumas que en tu vida existe una necesidad grande, ya sea a nivel económico o de otra índole, creas la fórmula perfecta. Pienso que estas son algunas de las claves para tener un futuro Hiver muy exitoso. Siendo realistas la mayoría de las veces no se van a juntar estos tres factores y si se llegan a juntar, aún así muchos se sentirán más seguros con alguien que los asesore. Es por esto que necesitamos un sitio para que las personas lleguen y no solo puedan crear su cuenta, también puedan aprender y puedan encontrar más rápidamente ayuda por parte de la comunidad. En mi opinión debemos de sacarnos la idea de que las cuentas deben ser completamente *gratis* e *infinitas* y debemos estar dispuestos a pagar, al final de cuentas es una inversión que si hacemos las cosas bien podre ser muy fructífera. Pero imaginen un sitio donde las personas nuevas puedan llegar, independientemente de que tengan o no amigos o familiares en Hive, en este sitio web podrían encontrar una serie de tutoriales, enlaces directos a grupos de ayuda y un lugar donde puedan crear sus cuentas. Actualmente en @Aliento tenemos alrededor de 1,500 cuentas esperando sus usuarios. No son muchas, pero estaríamos dispuestos a brindarlas a la comunidad de una forma "gratis". Se que en el párrafo anterior dije que lo ideal es que las personas pagaran por ellas, pero nosotros las daríamos gratis si hay alguna forma de comprobar que son personas reales y que no habrá ningún tipo de abuso. Esto por medio de una verificación usando otras redes sociales y si es posible hacerlo de forma anónima, no queremos que sea un KYC riguroso. La otra opción sería pagar por las cuentas y ahí no habría ningún tipo de verificación y serían instantáneas. Creo que tenemos suficientes guías como para llenar esa página de información útil. Tal vez solo sería necesario sintetizarla o resumirla. #### Les hago las siguientes preguntas: - ¿Han encontrado problemas para que sus amigos y familiares puedan crear una cuenta en Hive? - ¿Qué fue lo más difícil de aprender? - Si les hubieran dicho que tenían que pagar 3, 5 o 10 dólares por su cuenta de Hive, ¿aún así se hubieran unido? - ¿En qué orden enseñarían los temas relacionado a Hive? o ¿Qué tutoriales compartirían? - ¿Cómo sería una buena forma de verificar a los usuarios y al mismo tiempo respetar su privacidad? - ¿Independientemente del valor de tu Hive, Hive Power, HBD, Tokens, NFTs, etc. en cuánto valorarías tu cuenta? Es decir, por el contenido o el tiempo invertido. --- #### Conclusión Poder facilitar la entrada de nuevos usuario e inversionistas es vital. Sabemos que se necesitan más aplicaciones, pero sin tener suficientes usuarios de nada serviría. El futuro es emocionante, pero no solo se trata de esperar a que llegue, tenemos que poner acción. Muchos solo se quejan y apuntan con el dedo a lo que se debe o no se debe hacer, pero esas quejas no aportan nada si no están dispuestos a hacer algo al respecto o al menos proponer ideas.

This is why we need a place for people to come and create their accounts and learn and find help from the community more quickly. We should get rid of the idea that accounts should be complete *free* and *infinite* and we should be willing to pay. If we do things right, it is an investment that can be very fruitful.
