**Ciao!... Cinephile friends of the #Movies&Shows community, I send you a hug from hyperspace, impregnated with good vibes. I wish you days full of light and be happy.** **Let's start the journey...**

There are times in life when children lose the emotional connection and communication with parents. They do not find the right words and prefer to walk away so as not to assume responsibility, successes and failures. In some cases, it is the mother figure who is in charge of the bonding. Parents say: "Tell your son or daughter, such and such a thing..." they are incapable of trying to communicate. The parent-child relationship is complicated and when the intermediary is missing, everything becomes chaos. Generally, it is in adolescence when problems are accentuated, but also a traumatic event such as the death of a loved one can trigger extreme attitudes, as it happened to Eric and his daughter Olivia, in the film "La Dolce casa" or "Dolce villa". Father and daughter preferred to keep their distance rather than face the situation. Each one of them lived their grief on their own, without realizing that they needed to support each other. This is a reality that is lived daily in society. Eric moves on to hear from his daughter, because he is only looking out for her to spend the money. Otherwise he would still be sitting in front of the computer, comfortably drinking coffee and watching her success. Olivia reproaches him and she is quite right, he didn't even worry about what she lived? What did she do to survive? If she was sick, if she had a roof over her head, or if she ate. Imagine a teenager with her fears, fears and no support. Olivia, was going "from tingo to tango" and he didn't even care. He was only moved by MONEY... MONEY. Actually, I don't understand that way of loving of some parents. But, of this, there are many real stories that become horror movies because of parents who only think about themselves, their pain, their work and their children and neither look at them nor stand up for them... As we Venezuelans say. Another aspect that strikes me is the obsolete paradigm about older adults, that they just want to be resting, "the sweetness of doing nothing". Especially grandmothers who have to bake cookies, embroider, knit and take care of their grandchildren. Well, it is not like that, nowadays adults want to be active because their brain and mind, are in constant movement. As the Antonias say: **"We want to be "Abuefluencers" in Tiktok"**-. The world and society have changed, you have to move at their pace. Adults are also proactive and capable of undertaking according to their capabilities, stop saying "old people" in a derogatory way.

Les deseo días llenos de luz y sean felices.** **Comencemos el viaje…** Hay momentos en la vida donde los hijos pierden la conexión emocional y la comunicación con los padres. No se encuentran las palabras adecuadas y prefieren alejarse para no asumir la responsabilidad, aciertos y desaciertos. En algunos casos, es la figura materna la encargada de la unión. Los padres dicen: “Dile a tu hijo o hija, tal cosa…” son incapaces de intentar la comunicación. La relación padres e hijos, es complicada y cuando falta el intermediario todo se vuelve un caos. Generalmente, es en la adolescencia cuando se acentúan los problemas, pero también un evento traumático como por ejemplo la muerte de un ser querido puede desencadenar actitudes extremas, como les sucedió a Eric y a su hija Olivia, en el filme “La Dolce casa” o “Dolce villa”. Padre e hija, prefirieron la distancia antes de enfrentar la situación. Cada quien por su lado vivió el duelo, sin percatarse de que necesitaban apoyarse. Esta es una realidad, que se vive a diario en la sociedad. Eric se mueve a saber de su hija, porque solo está pendiente de que ella se va a gastar el dinero. Si no todavía estuviera sentado frente al computador, tomando café cómodamente y pendiente de sus éxitos. Olivia se lo reprocha y tiene mucha razón, él ni se preocupó de ¿qué vivía? ¿Qué hizo para sobrevivir? Si estaba enferma, si tuvo un techo para dormir, o si comía. Imagínense ustedes, a una adolescente con sus miedos, temores y sin apoyo. Olivia, andaba "del tingo al tango" y él ni se preocupó. Solo lo mueve el MONEY… MONEY. En realidad, no comprendo esa forma de amar de algunos padres. Pero, de esto, hay muchas historias reales que se convierten en películas de terror por culpa de padres que solo piensan en ellos, en su dolor, en su trabajo y a los hijos ni los miran ni es paran b… Como decimos los venezolanos. Otro aspecto que me llama la atención, es el paradigma obsoleto sobre los adultos mayores, de que solo quieren estar descansando, “la dulzura de no hacer nada”. Sobre todo, las abuelas que tienen que hacer galletas, bordar, tejer y atender a sus nietos. Pues no es así, en la actualidad los adultos desean estar activos porque su cerebro y mente, están en constante movimiento. Como dicen las Antonias: “Queremos ser “Abuefluencers” en Tiktok”- El mundo y la sociedad han cambiado, hay que moverse a su ritmo. Las personas adultas también son proactivas y capaces de emprender de acuerdo a sus capacidades, dejen ya de decir “viejos”, de manera despectiva.

The simplicity of the dialogues, the characters, the landscapes of Italy, enraptured me. I enjoyed a bike ride, the sun's rays and nature in all its splendor. This film lasts approx. one hour and thirty minutes, of laughter, love, comedy and other things. It was directed by American Mark Stephen Waters, and released in February by Netflix. I enjoyed **"La Dolce casa"**, it is the kind of film I like because it carries something implicit to learn and a lot of reflection. The approach in the film of the turnaround Eric gives to his life; and the reasonableness and maturity of Olivia captured my attention. In spite of everything... It is a simple film, but very beautiful. I know it will conquer your hearts.
