El pasado miércoles 22 marzo tuve la oportunidad de viajar al estado vecino, Anzoátegui, y aunque fue entrada por salida, pase uno de los mejores días en mucho tiempo. De verdad que tenía muchísimo tiempo sin ir, aproximadamente un años sino me equivoco y extrañaba demasiado poder volver a ver su calles y, sobre todo, extrañaba pisar terreno fuera de mi territorio y de mi rutina. La excusa perfecta para arrancar en esta travesía fue acompañar a mi novia @lucianav y a mí amiga @manu-gp realizar su inscripción de semestre en la universidad para la carrera que cursan, informática. Obviamente el proceso fue un poco más rápido de lo esperado y no teníamos ganas de devolvernos, pero es que cuándo les digo que nuestras ganas de regresar en ese momento a Cumaná eran 0, así que decidimos irnos caminando por toda la zona viendo y buscando un sitio para almorzar.

Last Wednesday March 22nd I had the opportunity to travel to the neighboring state of Anzoátegui, and although it was an in and out trip, I had one of the best days in a long time. I really hadn't been there for a long time, about a year if I'm not mistaken, and I missed seeing its streets again and, above all, I missed stepping on land outside my territory and my routine. The perfect excuse to start this journey was to accompany my girlfriend @lucianav and my friend @manu-gp to register for their semester at the university for the career they are pursuing, computer science. Obviously the process was a little faster than expected and we didn't feel like going back, but when I tell you that our desire to return to Cumana at that moment was 0, so we decided to walk around the area looking for a place to have lunch.

Luego de tanto buscar y caminar, terminamos en el Paseo Colón y Dios mío, la vista, la brisa, las vibras y todo lo que tenía esa zona, era espectacular, y es que lo digo porque yo solo pasaba por allí cuándo iba en carro pero nunca había tenido la oportunidad de bajarme y experimentar el simple hecho de caminar por ahí, lo que concluí que, es demasiado cálido. Si, admito que soy amante de caminar al aire libre y observar todo lo que me rodea con detalle, pero la verdad es que con la descripción que le estoy dando, me estoy sincerando. Luego de caminar y mirar por un rato, conseguimos un lugar donde comernos algo, y fue el mcdonald's del paseo Colón, dónde aprovechamos un ofertazo de una ración de papas fritas y un helado por 2$, lo cual es bastante brutal y nos compramos tres combos, uno para cada uno. Las instalaciones bastante cómodas, muy limpio todo, la atención es muy buena y la vista espectacular si te sientas en la parte de arriba, lo único que le hubiese colocado la cereza al pastel era llevarme uno de esos muñecos de los personajes de DC Cómics (Fan a morir).

After so much searching and walking, we ended up at the Paseo Colon and my God, the view, the breeze, the vibes and everything that had that area, was spectacular, and I say that because I only passed by there when I went by car but I had never had the opportunity to get out and experience the simple fact of walking there, which I concluded that it is too warm. Yes, I admit that I am a lover of walking outdoors and observing everything around me in detail, but the truth is that with the description I am giving you, I am being sincere. After walking and looking around for a while, we found a place to eat something, and it was the McDonald's on Paseo Colon, where we took advantage of a great offer of a portion of fries and an ice cream for 2$, which is quite brutal and we bought three combos, one for each of us. The facilities are quite comfortable, very clean, the service is very good and the view is spectacular if you sit at the top, the only thing that would have put the cherry on the cake was to take one of those dolls of DC Comics characters (Fan to die).

Sinceramente 100/10 este combo de helados con papas, más que satisfechos, pero como toda buena historia pues también tiene su final. Pues se acercaba la hora de devolvernos ya que nos iríamos el autobús y su retorno era a las 2:30pm, por lo que teníamos que estar muy atentos a su llegada y poder abordar a tiempo para regresar a nuestro destino. Pero, de todo esto, por un viaje de un día, la experiencia fué demasiado buena y que estaría dispuesto a repetir las veces que sean necesarias para escaparme un rato de mi día a día en Cumaná. En fin mis queridos hivers, esto es un poco de mi relato por acá de mi pequeño viaje a Anzoátegui y de como la pasé con mi novia y nuestra amiga. Sincerely 100/10 this combo of ice cream and potatoes, more than satisfied, but like any good story it also has its end. Well, it was getting close to the time to get back as we would be leaving the bus and its return was at 2:30pm, so we had to be very attentive to its arrival and be able to board on time to return to our destination. But, out of all this, for a one day trip, the experience was too good and I would be willing to repeat it as many times as necessary to escape for a while from my day to day life in Cumana. Anyway my dear hivers, this is a little bit of my story about my little trip to Anzoátegui and how I spent it with my girlfriend and our friend.
