We are going to whisk an egg white either with an electric mixer or manual whisk, in my case I did it with a globe whisk. It is necessary to whip to stiff peaks.

On the other hand, we are going to cook the honey and sugar to make our caramel. We are going to pour the ingredients and stir, letting it cook until it has the desired consistency.
