Saludos a todos los miembros de esta comunidad de emprendedores, espero que se encuentren ¡muy bien! Continuó compartiendo mis aprendizajes y experiencia de los cursos que he realizado a través de la Fundación de Empresas Polar. En esta ocasión no fue virtual como mis anteriores cursos, este lo recibí de forma presencial en la ciudad donde vivo. El taller estuvo estructurado de la siguiente manera: 4 sesiones presenciales (preproducción, producción, postproducción y presentación final) de 4 horas cada una, más 2 sesiones de asesoría virtuales (asesoría de guion y asesoría en la edición) de 30 min cada una. * * * ![1001044198.jpg](https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/soyunasantacruz/242Y9rTfAcNFVGJEun1yjAcZfx8mQkY16BhzXSWvcndjK6yErK9CrRe6i7ewM51x529oH.jpg) * * * El curso tuvo como objetivo principal desarrollar las competencias tecnológicas, comunicativas y creativas de los emprendedores para la producción de videos tutoriales de valor para los clientes y con impacto en redes sociales. Durante cuatro jueves de 8 a.m a 12 m, estuve recibiendo clases en la sede de la Fundación Esperanza Joven, que funciona en una oficina con buen espacio y todo lo necesario para dar conferencias y talleres, el creador de esta fundación trabaja como profesor de la Fundación de Empresas Polar y fue quien dictó este taller. Abrieron solo 15 cupos para este curso y a los pocos minutos ya estaba completo, pero el primer día de clases se presentaron 11 personas, al final terminamos la capacitación solo 8 personas y todas mujeres, en realidad era una oportunidad de aprendizaje única, ya que estos cursos son excelentes y gratuitos. Se exigía que las personas que iban a recibir el curso tuvieran conocimientos básicos de edición de videos y, gracias a la experiencia que he tenido en Hive cumplí con este requisito. * * * ![20250710_104730.jpg](https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/soyunasantacruz/AKSe35vmmV56FE6aN54thvjQpg7idipn1PbbTekWtkC4tuxd2MxFdBdFnUYXCJJ.jpg) * * * ## Preproducción El primer día cada participante se presentó y presentó su emprendimiento, el grupo eran variados desde jóvenes recién salidas del bachillerato hasta señoras mayores de 60 años, algunos de los emprendimientos estaban en construcción como el mío y otros ya facturaba, entre los que recuerdo estaba la creación de ropa a la medida, comida de una región en particular, bisutería, distribución de productos para negocios de manicura, y el literario que es mi proyecto. Si se quiere enseñar algo a alguien, un videotutorial debes hacer. Video de recomendación: como su nombre indica, es para ofrecer un producto, una idea o un servicio. Video top 3: Son muy efectivos como contenido de valor, más que un contenido educativo, porque informan dando ejemplos o mencionando tres elementos principales de un tema, una clasificación o un ranking. Video promocional: se usan para promocionar un servicio o producto y su único fin es vender. Su intención es generar interés y crear conciencia sobre una oferta. Video trascámara: Se realiza con la intención de dar a conocer anécdotas y experiencias del emprendimiento, o como se realizó un video de otro estilo, aquí entran los videos bloopers. Video animado stop motion: Estos videos tienen mucho trabajo porque involucran muchos cortos, suelen ser llamativos y el emprendedor los usa para mostrar sus productos o facetas. Video dramatización: Consiste en un video donde se muestre el día a día del emprendedor con situaciones exageradas, de experiencias del emprendedor o del cliente, y con un tono humorístico, estos videos son una herramienta poderosa para aumentar las ventas. Una vez que aprendimos los tipos de videos, teníamos que decidir entre el videotutorial o el top 3 para nuestro proyecto final. Fue fácil decidirme y escoger el mío, pero fue todo un reto organizar mis ideas y darle forma. ## Método CAFE * * * ![1001044453.jpg](https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/soyunasantacruz/23ynestq17TTABJeZLAcbnSd1pbwPqoTQALiEXJj7RqnnVNm6Ps9WezDSAvLmL8nFE1bw.jpg) * * * Para hacer la estructura de un video tenemos que conceptualizar y planificar todo, uno de los pasos más difíciles es poner en papel lo que pensamos, pero existen herramientas que nos ayudan a eso, como el método CAFE, donde cada letra es un paso para armar todo el rompecabezas, café es un acróstico que significa: C = Conceptualizar A = Adecuar F = Formatear E = Ejecutar Conceptualizar: aquí organizamos las ideas y respondemos las preguntas sobre ¿qué queremos comunicar?, ¿Para quién lo queremos hacer? ¿Qué queremos lograr? Hacer este ejercicio mental llevó algo de tiempo y cuando llegó terminé quede con dudas si estaba bien o no, como esto lo tuvimos que hacer en la misma clase y debíamos dar una respuesta, el profesor me presionó un poco para qué avanzará, como no tengo una marca personal de mi emprendimiento porque es una idea en desarrollo es más difícil trabajar desde puras suposiciones. Yo elegí como vídeo a realizar el top 3, al profesor le pareció adecuado, ya que si quiero vender un libro primero debo darme a conocer en redes como una persona que sabe de ellos, y que tiene experiencia en el área, recomendando un top 3 de los libros más vendidos sería un contenido de valor para las personas que les gustan los libros, por lo que conceptualice de la siguiente forma. * * * ![1001044454.jpg](https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/soyunasantacruz/EoEwLVTWmaTtXF8GrsqhtGR43QqDsfaKS4ZFXLzrAJCcoLqBeaAfjZ8towFwmL3Lxec.jpg) * * * ¿Qué quiero comunicar? Dar a conocer los libros infantiles, más famosos y vendidos del mundo ¿Pará quién lo quiero hacer? Clientes potenciales, padres. ¿Qué quiero lograr? Crear un vínculo entre mis clientes potenciales con mi marca personal y que me asocien con la literatura infantil. Video final: Top 3 de los libros infantiles, más famosos y vendidos del mundo Adecuar: Es en esta parte del proceso es donde se arma la estructura del video, es decir, sus tres actos, la introducción que puede ser la presentación de la persona o producto, un saludo, o una frase gancho. Después viene el desarrollo como tal del video, en mi caso fue presentar los tres libros infantiles más famosos y vendidos del mundo Y el desenlace que son las conclusiones o el llamado a la acción. Formatear: Este paso era totalmente nuevo para mí, si lo había escuchado como un término usado en el cine, pero no sabía que todo video bien realizado debía tener uno y tampoco su importancia. Hago referencia al guion. ¿Cómo se realiza y qué debe llevar? Esto lo explicaré mejor en otro momento, o tal vez en otro post, porque ya este se está extendiendo más de lo que pensé y es una parte que merece explicarlo bien. Ejecutar: Es cuando grabamos el video, tomamos las fotos, grabamos el audio (porque hay trucos que hacen mejor el video si se graba por separado el audio) y editamos todo. ## Producción * * * ![1001044451.jpg](https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/soyunasantacruz/23ynp23M4K1mDBzfQraUMVRiEbWaw2acRZNnJccy3oAwwkNh2CzXxcnDvtBLXyRn93ZqK.jpg) * * * Una vez que está lista la preproducción comenzamos con la ejecución del video que es la producción, aquí hacemos una lista de todos los materiales y elementos que necesitaremos, decorado y ambientado el lugar de grabación, verificando la iluminación, el enfoque, el sonido, la estabilización de la cámara. En la producción se pueden presentar muchos problemas que no habíamos contemplado, pero como ya tenemos una planificación e idea de lo que se debería grabar, esos problemas se solventan en el camino. Además, en la edición se puede arreglar cualquier detalle. The creator of this foundation works as a professor at the Fundación de Empresas Polar and was the one who taught this workshop. Only 15 spots were available for this course, and within a few minutes it was already full, but on the first day of class, 11 people showed up. In the end, only eight people finished the training, all of them women. It was a unique learning opportunity, as these courses are excellent and free. The group was diverse, ranging from young people who had just finished secondary school to women over 60. Some of the ventures were still in the early stages, like mine, while others were already generating income. Among those I remember were a custom clothing business, a food business specialising in cuisine from a particular region, a jewellery business, a business distributing products for manicure salons, and the literary project, which is my project. If you want to teach someone something, you should make a video tutorial. Recommendation video: as the name suggests, this is used to offer a product, idea or service. Top 3 video: these are very effective as valuable content, more so than educational content, because they inform by giving examples or mentioning three main elements of a topic, a classification or a ranking. Promotional video: these are used to promote a service or product and their sole purpose is to sell. Their intention is to generate interest and raise awareness of an offer. Behind-the-scenes video: this is made with the intention of sharing anecdotes and experiences of the venture, or how a video of another style was made; this is where blooper videos come in. Stop motion animated video: These videos require a lot of work because they involve many short clips. They are usually eye-catching, and entrepreneurs use them to showcase their products or facets. Dramatisation video: This consists of a video showing the entrepreneur's day-to-day life with exaggerated situations, experiences of the entrepreneur or the customer, and a humorous tone. These videos are a powerful tool for increasing sales. Once we learned about the different types of videos, we had to decide between a video tutorial or a top 3 for our final project. One of the most difficult steps is putting our thoughts on paper, but there are tools that help us do that, such as the CAFE method, where each letter is a step in putting the whole puzzle together. CAFE is an acrostic that stands for: C = Conceptualise A = Adapt F = Format E = Execute Conceptualise: here we organise our ideas and answer questions such as: What do we want to communicate? Who do we want to communicate it to? What do we want to achieve? Doing this mental exercise took some time, and when I finished, I was left with doubts about whether it was right or not. Since we had to do this in class and give an answer, the teacher pressured me a little to move forward. As I don't have a personal brand for my venture because it's an idea in development, it's more difficult to work from pure assumptions. I chose to make a video of the top 3, which the teacher thought was appropriate, since if I want to sell a book, I must first make myself known on social media as someone who knows about books and has experience in the area. To create a link between my potential customers and my personal brand and for them to associate me with children's literature. Final video: Top 3 most famous and best-selling children's books in the world Adapt: This is the part of the process where the structure of the video is put together, i.e. its three acts: the introduction, which can be the presentation of the person or product, a greeting, or a catchphrase. Next comes the development of the video itself. In my case, it was to present the three most famous and best-selling children's books in the world. And finally, the conclusion, which is the conclusions or the call to action. Formatting: This step was completely new to me. I had heard the term used in filmmaking, but I didn't know that every well-made video should have one, nor did I understand its importance. I'm referring to the script. How is it done and what should it include? I'll explain this better another time, or perhaps in another post, because this one is already getting longer than I thought it would be, and it's a topic that deserves a thorough explanation. Many problems that we had not contemplated can arise during production, but since we already have a plan and an idea of what should be recorded, those problems are solved along the way. In addition, any details can be fixed in the editing process. This is the first time I have made a video with such detailed preparation; however, during production, a few things happened that make for a good anecdote for the second part, where I will explain the video script, the different shots, how I went about making it, and the final result.
