🍅 **Ingredients:** 3 garlic cloves. 2 sweet peppers. 1/2 green bell pepper. 1 medium onion. 200 grams of ground beef. Salt to taste. Soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce to taste. Flour for breading. >🍅 **Ingredientes:** >3 ajos. 2 ají dulce. 1/2 pimentón verde. 1 cebolla mediana. 200 grms de carne molida. Sal al gusto. Salsa soya e inglesa al gusto. Harina para empanizar.

🍅 **Preparation: Start by finely chopping the peppers, grating the onion and garlic, and then mixing them with the ground beef in a bowl. Then, add the salt, sauces, and ground pepper, all to your liking, and mix well. In a cup, we've reserved the flour. Start by forming meatballs and flattening them with our hands like pancakes. We coat them in flour and set them aside on a plate. Heat a pan with oil and margarine. When it's hot enough, we place them, turning them over and over until golden brown on both sides. Then, cover them for a while over low heat to finish cooking. When they're ready, we serve them with the topping of our choice. I served them with a lettuce, cucumber, and tomato salad. >🍅 **Preparación: >Comenzamos picando los ajíes muy pequeños, la cebolla y los ajos los rallamos y los vamos integrando con la carne molida en un tazón, luego colocamos la sal, las salsas y la pimienta molida todo a nuestro gusto y la mezclamos muy bien. >En una taza tenemos reservada la harina, empezamos a hacer bolitas de carne y con la mano las vamos aplastando como torticas las pasamos por harina y las reservamos en un plato. >Colocamos a calentar un sartén con aceite y margarina y cuando esté suficientemente caliente las colocamos dándoles vuelta y vuelta hasta que estén doradas por ambos lados luego las tapamos por un rato en fuego lento para que terminen de cocinarse, al estar listas las servimos con el contorno de nuestro agrado, yo las servi con una ensalada de lechuga, pepino y tomate.
