Mi gente bella muy fácil lavamos y picamos en trocitos muy pequeños la cebolla, el cebollín y el pimento, luego sazonamos la carne con sal, pimienta, sazonador, la salda de soya, el ajo, y la dejamos unos 10 min. para que vaya agarrando sabor, luego incorporamos la cebolla, cebollín, y pimentón, lo mezclamos bien y agregamos los huevos amasamos y para que todo compacte mejor agregamos la harina de trigo, también pueden usar harina de maíz o pan rallado.
