Hola querida comunidad de Hive food, espero se encuentren muy bien! Les presento en esta oportunidad un plato fuerte como lo es el Arroz Chino al estilo venezolano, su preparación es muy fácil y rápida, además de tener un exquisito sabor y para esto utilizaremos:

Ingredientes:

1/2 kilogramo de carne picada.
3 piezas de pollo.
1/2 kilogramos de cerdo.
Arroz.
Repollo.
2 cebollas.
Cilantro.
Cebollín.
Ajo.
Salsa oscura de soya.
Aceite.
Sal al gusto.

Comencé colocando las proteínas: carne, pollo y cerdo en una olla con agua para que se ablanden, agrego sal al gusto para que se cocinen, por otro lado, cocino arroz blanco, al que le agrego sal, ajo machacado y un poco de aceite, cuando el arroz está listo lo dejo reposar hasta que se enfríe.

Seguidamente continué picando los vegetales: el cebollín, cilantro, La cebolla, el ajo lo machaque en el caldero para luego incorporar lo picado previamente para sofreír con un poco de aceite onotado, esto para darle un poco de color.

Una vez que las proteínas están más frescas, procedo a picarlas en cuadraditos y voy incorporando con los aliños ya sofritos, voy uniendo con ayuda de una cuchara.

Seguidamente, agrego salsa oscura de soya, ésto lo realizo a fuego lento, incorporo el arroz, como les dije anteriormente, preferiblemente que este frío, esto para que quede suelto al momento de unir con la preparación anterior.

Ya todo los ingredientes unidos, agrego repollo previamente ya picado y desinfectado con vinagre, lo uno a la preparación anterior al igual que el cebollin, esto para darle color y un divino sabor.

Esta es la presentación de mi plato fuerte arroz chino, este menú es que acostumbramos a realizar para compartir con la familia y amigos cuando nos reunimos para celebrar algún cumpleaños, porque es fácil de preparar y muy rendido.

Ingredients:

1/2 kilogram of minced meat.
3 pieces of chicken.
1/2 kilograms of pork.
Rice.
Cabbage.
2 onions.
Cilantro.
Chives.
Garlic.
Dark soy sauce.

I started by placing the proteins: meat, chicken and pork in a pot with water to soften them, I add salt to taste to cook them, on the other hand, I cook white rice, to which I add salt, crushed garlic and a little oil, when the rice is ready I let it rest until it cools down.

Then I continue chopping the vegetables: the chives, the cilantro, the onion, the garlic, I grind them in the pot and then I incorporate the previously chopped vegetables to fry them with a little bit of oil, this to give them a little bit of color.

Once the proteins are cooler, I proceed to chop them into small squares and incorporate them with the sautéed seasonings, and mix them with the help of a spoon.

Next, I add dark soy sauce, I do this over low heat, incorporate the rice, as I said before, preferably cold, so that it is loose when it is combined with the previous preparation.

Once all the ingredients are combined, I add the cabbage previously chopped and disinfected with vinegar, I add it to the previous preparation as well as the chives, this to give it color and a divine flavor.

This is the presentation of my main dish Chinese rice, this menu is the one we usually make to share with family and friends when we get together to celebrate a birthday, because it is easy to prepare and very yielding.
