We wish you well and good health. Our community helps us to identify, know, express and manage our emotions and feelings. And as our presentation says, we do it not only by sharing tips, concepts, analysis, our personal experiences, but also through artistic expressions, which can be visual, written, audible... We will show you three unpublished images kindly provided by @aaalviarez, of his property, using the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 phone. Please observe them carefully, use your imagination and try to identify what feeling or emotion the author intended to convey with them, or what you feel when you immerse yourself in them. Now, it is time for you to express what you perceived. Of course, the emotion or feeling you identified must be the protagonist in your text, taking into account the elements you see. We were pleasantly surprised with the first edition, as there was very good content during the week. Some recalled childhood experiences, places they visited in the past, deep reflections, encouraging lessons, and even created meaningful fictional narratives. We are sure we will see some great material again this time around. ##### _**WILL THERE BE PRIZES**_? There will be **gifts**, that's what we will call it. We will give a small gift to some authors who prepare their posts with the guidelines we will write below. Why? If several authors choose to write about the same image as you, we will have the same image in the feed several times. So if you choose a different one for your cover, all the better. - Avoid cross-posting - Invite another user? It's not a requirement. It's up to you. If you invite someone who doesn't know our community, all the better! -You will be able to participate from this moment until Thursday 29th at 8:00 p.m. (Venezuela time). **Those who meet all these guidelines will be eligible for one of the three 10 Hives giveaways that will be given**.

Why write in these ways in the community? Writing about our experiences makes us identify and know better how we feel and express ourselves. In turn, comparisons, examples and fictional stories are an effective teaching method, and we can learn valuable lessons. They are even used by mental health professionals to help us understand an important point. So why not use it these days?

Y como lo dice nuestra presentación, no sólo lo hacemos mediante compartir tips, conceptos, análisis, nuestras vivencias y experiencias personales, sino también mediante expresiones artísticas, que pueden ser visuales, escritas, audibles... Por favor, observarlas con detenimiento, usa tu imaginación y trata de identificar qué sentimiento o emoción pensó transmitir el autor con ellas, o cuál sientes tú al sumergirte en ellas. Ahora, es el momento para que te expreses eso que percibiste. Por supuesto, la emoción o sentimiento que identificaste debe ser el protagonista en tu texto, tomando en cuenta los elementos que ves. Quedamos gratamente sorprendidos con la primera edición, en vista que hubo contenido muy bueno durante la semana. Algunos recordaron experiencias de la niñez, lugares que visitaron en el pasado, reflexiones profundas, lecciones alentadoras, y hasta crearon narraciones ficticias llenas de significado. Estamos seguros que volveremos a ver muy buen material en ésta oportunidad. ##### _**¿HABRÁ PREMIOS?**_ Habrá **regalos**, así lo llamaremos. ¿Por qué escribir de éstas formas en la comunidad? Escribir sobre nuestras vivencias nos hace identificar y conocer mejor cómo nos sentimos y nos expresamos. A su vez, las comparaciones, ejemplos y historias ficticias son un eficaz método de enseñanza, y podemos extraer valiosas lecciones. Incluso, son usadas por los profesionales de la salud mental para que entendamos un punto importante. Así que, ¿por qué no usarlo éstos días?
