# Sonríe a la vida a pesar de las dificultades.😄 En la vida enfrentamos muchos problemas que hace que tú ánimo decaiga , es decir , se presentan muchos altibajos , pero eso no debe ser motivos para que dejes de sonreír. Desde mi experiencia de vida , quiero compartir con ustedes lo que he aprendido a mis 44 años de edad.

La sonrisa es una emoción natural que expresamos sin darnos cuenta, pero algunas personas les cuesta sonreír , debido a diferentes motivos personales. Por ello , debemos tener en cuenta que sonreír aporta múltiples beneficios a nuestra salud. Por tanto , sonreír de forma voluntaria nos ayudará a ser más positivos y optimistas en nuestro día a día.
