Today, my routine went as follows. *** # My #MorningRitual 🌅 I started the day by following the Fabulous app Morning Ritual, which consists of: 1. ⏰ Waking up early 2. 🥛 Drinking water (to hydrate my body from a long night sleep) 3. 🤸‍♂ Exercising for 20 minutes 4. 🚿 Morning Hygiene Routine 5. 🍶🍳🍌 Having a great breakfast 6. 🏅Celebrating! Then I reviewed my ***#plan*** for the day and ***went for it!*** 🤘 *** # Daily activity: 💪 ## => 30 min Exercising in the morning ( #MorningRitual ): - 5 min. Warmup - 15 min.
