Hello my dear friends I hope you are well with a lot of harmony, today I share with you this delicious recipe, it is a grilled chicken breast with a tomato sauce and vegetables that is very tasty. This dish is something I usually prepare for lunch with my family and also to share with friends who visit me and have always liked it, it is very easy to prepare, I hope you like it.

Hola mis queridos amigos espero que estén bien con mucha armonía, hoy les comparto esta deliciosa receta, se trata de una pechuga de pollo a la plancha con una salsa de tomate y verduras que es muy sabrosa. Este plato es algo que suelo preparar para almorzar con mi familia y también para compartir con amistades que me visita y siempre le ha gustado, es muy fácil de preparar, espero que les guste.

Modo de preparacion/Method of preparation

♥️ Primero limpiamos bien la pechuga y la fileteamos, después la salpimentamos al gusto, machacamos 4 dientes de ajo y lo añadimos junto con el orégano y lo dejamos marinar. Mientras tanto preparamos las verduras las lavamos muy bien picamos los tomates por la mitad, la cebolla los pimientos 4 dientes de ajo luego lo colocamos en una bandeja y añadimos aceite de oliva una pizca de sal y pimienta, y espolvoreamos un poco de orégano, luego lo metemos en el horno durante 15 min, en 270 g° para que se cuezan nuestras vegetales.

Meanwhile we prepare the vegetables we wash them very well we chop the tomatoes in half, the onion the peppers 4 cloves of garlic then we place it in a tray and add olive oil a pinch of salt and pepper, and sprinkle a little oregano, then we put it in the oven for 15 min, at 270 g° to cook our vegetables.

♥️ Mientras se cocinan nuestras vegetales colocamos una plancha a calentar y agregamos el tocino para que obtenga un poco de su grasa, luego colocamos los filetes de pechuga salpimentados y dejamos cocinar a fuego bajo por ambos lados, no dejar cocinar mucho para que no quede seco. Luego cuando este listo lo retiramos, lo dejamos enfriar y lo procesamos, hasta que se haga una salsa, luego lo pasamos por un colador y esta salsa la ponemos al fuego con una hoja de laurel y mantequilla y un punto de sal y pimienta al gusto lo dejamos cocinar por 7min y listo.

Then when it is ready we remove it, let it cool and process it, until it becomes a sauce, then we pass it through a strainer and this sauce we put it on the fire with a bay leaf and butter and a point of salt and pepper to taste and let it cook for 7min and ready.

Es hora de servir nuestro plato, lo he acompañado con un arroz que preparé con vainitas, una ensalada de lechuga con aguacate y unas rebanadas fritas, esta comida quedó deliciosa, espero que les haya gustado, nos vemos en una próxima entrada.
