# The Six Week Health Challenge # There’s been an overwhelming response to my posts surrounding health, diet and training here on Steemit. Each week I’ll be posting a new challenge, aimed at helping you boost your health, energy and well being. Let’s see how many people are committing to their health this year! # Week One Challenge! ### ### Cook a new HEALTHY recipe ## For the first week of these six challenges, we’re going to get cooking. Your challenge this week is to cook at least one new healthy recipe. A recipe that you haven’t tried to make before. You can find the recipe online, in a cook book or make it up yourself - it doesn't matter. People complain regularly about healthy eating being boring. This challenge is designed to help change their minds! Cooking interesting, new and different healthy food is the key to keeping things interesting. Your post can be written however you like, but it must have a new healthy recipe in it. It could have the recipe and a picture of the finished dish or instructions in the form of photos or extra information on the healthy ingredients you used or anything else you can think of. Get creative! You can enter the challenge every single week. All you need to do to enter the challenge is to make a blog post, documenting your participation in the challenge, and post it to #sixweekhealth (for the full rules, see below). Remember, at the end of the week the best four posts will go in for the final vote to win their author *sixty Steem* – the votes will be cast by *you guys* in the comment section!
