#### @steemfreepress is a project to create a real world magazine in order to promote the steemit platform and community as well as disseminating information to the masses. ### It's now time for us to begin requesting submissions from the steemit community. #### This post is to request submissions for the magazines feature article, which at the moment has the working title, # ***'An Introduction To Steemit'***. #### Submissions are requested from all members of the community for an article of between 1000 and 1500 words in length which describes and explains the workings of the steemit platform in a way that is simple and easy to follow as possible while also being engaging and fun to read. #### (There will also be a separate request made for submissions explaining the workings of blockchain technology so please refrain from going into too much detail in this regard, although you are free to touch on it.) #### Other than that, feel free to write what you like as long as it is in keeping with the brief outlined above. To submit your article for consideration, create a post for your own blog and include #steemfreepress as one of your tags as well as including 'Steem Free Press Submission' in the title of the post. The closing date for submissions for this article will be Saturday 10th March.
