Ingredients

* 1 mango * 2 tablespoons cornstarch * 1 tablespoon crushed sarai nuts * 250 ml thick coconut milk * 2 tablespoons sugar * ¼ teaspoon salt

Making Procedure

**Step 1**

Peel the mangoes then cut the mangoes into cubes so that they will be beautiful when arranged on a serving plate.

**Step 2**

Add coconut milk in a saucepan then add salt and vanilla powder to taste.

**Step 3**

Add sugar then add cornstarch stir until evenly mixed and no longer jagged.

**Step 4**

Turn on the stove and cook until thickened, let cool and arrange on a serving plate.

Lastly give roasted chopped peanuts and then give a sweetened bay flower. You can add more of these, to make your snow mango look beautiful with the natural blue color of the flower.
