The end of the year is fast approaching and 2020 is just around the corner. Next year is going to be a big year for Steem with Hive Communities and SMTs coming on stream. Now is a great time to start planning and to start networking to take full advantage of the new opportunities that will be coming on Steem in the next few months. Getting involved with a local meetup is a great way to make a start. Coming up before the end of the year there is the SteemPhilly / Splinterlands Meetup being organised by @yabapmatt in Philadelphia. There is also a first meetup in Ukraine on 28 December being hosted by @rollie1212 and @cryptobrewmaster. @adesojisouljay is planning a Steem meetup in Ogun State in Nigeria and is looking for people to get involved.
