El 540 es un movimiento dinámico de dificultad media, cualquier persona con cualquier nivel puede lograr este movimiento siguiendo estos sencillos pasos que explico en el video. El único requisito que debes tener para realizar este truco es dominar al 100% el 360 balanceado, y si ya eres una persona que tiene 540 esto también es para ti ya que explico distintas técnicas que muy pocos aplican para mejorar el giro y dominarlo muchísimo más🌪️

Lo primero que debemos tener en cuenta es la forma en que vamos a comenzar a practicar este truco. Muchas personas intentan cualquier truco de una vez y no se centran en las progresiones, para mí es lo más importante, nunca intentar un truco con todo al primer intento, debes realizar varios tanteos e ir aplicando las técnicas mencionadas en el video para ir memorizándolas y sintiendo sensaciones. Mi recomendación es intentar este truco con muy poco impulso y haciendo un medio giro, luego de varios intentos ir subiendo el nivel hasta llegar a un punto donde dominemos todo y nos sintamos seguros de nosotros mismo, este es el momento donde tiraremos con todo este truco

El segundo punto y el más importante es la técnica de las piernas, para mi utilizar las piernas es algo fundamental, sin esto es muy difícil lograr tener los giros limpios. Tomate tu tiempo para aprender y memorizar esta técnica ya que si nunca la haz realizado se te puede hacer algo complicado. Como digo en el video, no te empeñes en sacar este truco o dominarlo al 100% el mismo día, tomate tú tiempo y ve paso a paso👊🏼

Por último es importante dominar el toque en la barra ya que muchas personas agarran la barra y esto hará que no logres girar muy bien o que quizás ni logres girar. Ve paso a paso y haciendo primero un medio giro tocando la barra, esto hará que te vayas quitando el miedo o inseguridad que tengas a la vez que vas memorizando como debes realizar el toque en la barra. Una vez dominado esto empieza a intentarlo con todo y verás como no volverás a agarrar la barra, todo se trata de ir paso a paso💪🏼
