En el sufrir de mi dolor, me ahoga la desesperación de no poder verte partir. Y me encuentro encarcelado, sin tener días soleados, ni paseos al ocaso.

Un pequeño sentimiento, se levanta con el viento y se pierde en las alturas. Locura de una feria, una enfermedad muy seria, sin esperanza ni cura.

Las petunias caen al suelo, alfombra clara de mi duelo que tus pasos pisarán. Mientras recojo en mi regazo ramas secas de tristeza, hojas y espinas sin belleza que me punzan el corazón.

Inalcanzable son tus besos. Las flores blancas del cerezo ya no tienen más dulzor. Ahora te sientes liberada. Antes eras apasionada al mirarme con amor. Me hará bien el que te marches, que intentes olvidarme y no recuerdes más mi voz. Pero piensa que aún la Luna con su magnífica altura no brilla con su propia luz.

Confieso que lloro con amargura, que mi vida será más dura con la soledad como mi amiga. Te extraño aunque no te has ido, ya me siento perdido al saber que pronto te irás.

It will do me good if you leave, if you try to forget me and no longer remember my voice. But think that even the moon with its magnificent height does not shine with its own light. In the suffering of my pain, I am drowning in the despair of not being able to see you leave. And I find myself imprisoned, having no sunny days, no walks at sunset. I confess that I cry bitterly, that my life will be harder with loneliness as my friend. I miss you even though you haven't left, I already feel lost knowing that you'll soon be gone.
