I strongly believe that blockchain based games will be the future of the video game industry and that is why I have invested and tried several blockchain based games. Most of the games I have decided to invest and play are games developed on my favorite blockchain which is **Hive** but I have also tried games implemented and developed on WAX and EOS blockchains. Out of all the games I've tried so far **Splinterlands** is the game that offers the most reward options to its players and some are very different from each other. The rewards linked directly to the game are the most well-known and are mainly: - the **token DECs** - chests** (each chest can contain DEC tokens, potions or playing cards (NFT)) - Splintershards (SPS)** tokens - Tournament prizes** (NFTs, SPS tokens, DEC tokens, and various types of tokens and prizes) One of the earning possibilities that not all Splinterlands players are aware of, and I'm particularly referring to new players, are the rewards that Splinterlands makes available to players who, in addition to playing the game, publish Splinterlands-related content on the Hive blockchain and promote the Splinterlands game outside of Hive. Those who publish Splinterlands related content on Hive can earn in addition to HP (Hive Power) and HBD tokens also **SPT tokens** which are Splintertalk community tokens (https://www.splintertalk.io/) and are second layer tokens of Hive. Secondary and future uses will depend on the will of the Splinterlands developers but for the moment no announcement has been made in this regard. If you are interested and want to become a verified author you have to apply. To submit your application you can click on: - **Update Profile** inside the **Mint** section - or you can click on the subsection **Profile**. At that time, SPT tokens had **only two use cases**: - **Staking** (+ SPT Power = + SPT tokens earnable from curation activity). - **Conversion** to HIVE or conversion to other second tier Hive tokens. Today August 7, 2021 **1 SPT token** is worth **0.020 HIVE = $0.01574** (Highest Bid on Hive Engine). Se sei interessato e vuoi diventare un autore verificato devi candidarti. Quando ho creato il mio curation account @libertygame27 (7 gennaio 2020) con il duplice obiettivo di ottimizzare l'accumulo di token SPT e di supportare gli autori che scrivevano post inerenti a Splinterlands, **1 token SPT** valeva davvero poco **0.00069$** e io avevo nel mio wallet **15720 token SPT (10.98$)**. A quel tempo i token SPT avevano **due soli casi d'uso**: - **Staking** (+ SPT Power = + token SPT guadagnabili dall'attività di curation) - **Conversione** in HIVE o conversione in altri token di secondo livello di Hive Oggi 7 agosto 2021 **1 token SPT** vale **0.020 HIVE = 0.01574$** (Highest Bid su Hive Engine). In 18 mesi il token SPT ha incrementato il suo valore del **2181.16%** ![image.png](https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/libertycrypto27/242YNX7KKKwLvenLKm4d4Z1MPpSVkSobp2nGSEfCYRJzCPt1ivTQdz5aE4bD34HiXx1ov.png) Questo incremento di valore è dovuto al successo crescente del gioco di Splinterlands ma è dovuto principalmente all'aggiunta di nuovi casi d'uso. **Oggi un token SPT ha tanti casi d'uso**: - può essere messo in **staking** per aumentare l'SPT Power - può essere **convertito** in Hive o in altri token - può essere utilizzato per **aggiungere liquidità alla pool SPT:SPS** - permette di ricevere **token SPS** ogni giorno (**Airdrop in corso** - 1 token SPT = 0.25 punti) - può essere utilizzato per **comprare NFT** dal sito splintertalk.io - può essere utilizzato per **votare e creare una proposta** (richiesta di finanziamento per un progetto in token SPT) - può essere utilizzato per **promuovere un post** all'interno della comunità di Splintertalk **In generale più casi d'uso ha un token e più il suo valore aumenta ed è proprio quello che è avvenuto per il token SPT.** Pubblicare post su Hive inerenti a Splinterlands non è stato mai vantaggioso come lo è adesso e se non hai mai scritto un post su Splinterlands è arrivato il momento di iniziare!
