_Hola querida comunidad de @holos-lotus, bendiciones para todos siguiendo la iniciativa del amigo @emiliorios me uno a ella, la misma trata de esa adicción que tenemos muchos de nosotros y que no vemos mas allá de lo normal el daño que muchas veces nos hacen, de el uso que damos y como debemos usarlo para no caer en el vicio o adicción. Cada quien le da el uso que quiera pero debemos ver que el uso frecuente causa daño entonces demos nuestra opinión personal referente al tema. Las redes y la adicción es un tema que afecta a un gran grupo de personas que diariamente hacemos vida por medio de esas redes sociales, vayamos y dejemos ese pequeño pero muy oportuno aporte al tema._

_Por medio de este test que nos trae nuestro amigo @emilirioe veremos que tan adictos somos a las redes sociales, es entender que el uso indebido es perjudicial para todos porque con esto viene enfermedades como la ansiedad, el estres muchos son los que no pueden vivir sin estar metido en las distintas redes que llegamos a mostrar ira, rabia y también un desajuste mental, porque todo lo queremos hacer por medio de ellas. En mi punto de vista veo como muchos niños son los primeros en sentir esa sensación de desespero no digo que no las usen porque ahora todo es Internet pero si deberían ser supervisados por sus adultos y así no caer en una adicción porque llegan a tener trastornos emocionales lo digo por que niños que ven cosas indebidas para luego querer reflejarlas en la vida cotidiana._

### _Entonces veamos mis respuestas y me analizare al respecto._

1.- _Al despertarme, lo primero que hago es revisar las redes sociales._ _Luego de despertarme y presentar mi día al Señor tomo mi celular e inmediatamente busco lo que me interesa en las redes como el WhatsApp, luego me voy a facebook ya para terminar e irme al baño para mi aseo personal me voy a @hive para buscar iniciativas para hacer ya después me desconecto pues el hacer de la casa me llama ya luego de hacer todo lo necesario me dedico a ver tiktok y escribir para luego publicar._ 2.- _Al llegar a algún sitio me conecto inmediatamente._ _Bueno para ser honesta si es en casa de la familia luego de dar saludos por lo general lo hago pero si voy con algún propósito me abstengo de hacerlo tan pronto como llego, algunas veces veo que casi todos están en esa onda me digo no queda de otra y me conecto pero como lo dije no tan pronto._ 3.- _Existe en mí, una sensación de satisfacción inicial tan pronto como me conecto o abro alguna red social._ _Aunque muchas veces he sentido esa satisfacción de felicidad creo que esto es parte de nosotros pues al manejar las redes estamos expuestos a ser visto por muchas personas, yo trato las redes solo para ver los chismes de los demás sin criticar ni opinar tan así es que mis perfiles los mantengo en privado, no me gusta ser observada y que luego digan lo que no es._ 4.- _He llegado tarde a algún sitio, por estar leyendo en las redes sociales._ _No para nada siempre soy muy puntual en todo, no me gusta esperar menos me agrada que esperen por mi y menos si es a causa de las redes sociales._ 5.- _En algún momento de mi vida he tenido que mentir a familiares o amigos por haber llegado tarde o por no haber realizado algún cometido, mientras permanecía conectado._ _Pues les diré de acuerdo a la anterior, todo tiene su tiempo y creo que la familia y ciertos amigos están por encima de las redes._ 6.- _Reconozco que procrastino y no termino de hacer mis labores muchas veces, por estar pendiente de las redes sociales o leyendo por Internet._ _No veo el porque de dejar para luego las cosas que ya se empezó, yo pienso que si nos planificamos un horario el mismo serviría para administrar nuestro tiempo y así no tener que procrastinar las cosas, creo también que algunas veces el tiempo se nos va y no concluimos las tareas pero en mi caso es por cansancio, agotamiento pero no por estar pendiente del Internet._ 7.- _Me angustia pensar que no tendré Internet._ _A la verdad si me angustio y mucho porque sin el como escribo mis publicaciones y como me mantendría en contacto con mis seres queridos, es tan angustiante porque me gusta estar al pendiente de lo que pasa en mi Pais Venezuela, es notar que cuando tengo datos no me desespero tanto pero sabemos todos que hay ciertas paginas del Internet que ameritan del mismo ya que con los datos cargan pero muy lento._ 8.- _Ya no leo revistas, periódicos ni libros; todo lo leo por Internet._ _Es de entender que desde que existe la tecnología todos nos hemos olvidado de muchas cosas y una de ellas es leer un libro, ver una revista en fin se nos hace un poco aburrido y llegamos a pensar si todo lo tenemos por medio de las redes porque buscar otra forma de estar comunicada o distraerme._ 9.- _Cuando estoy muy estresado, busco las redes sociales para reírme, disfrutar y sentir que me libero._ _Parece mentira pero así es, yo me entretengo mucho con las novelas turcas, me relajo y pronto veo que sale todo estrés en mi._ 10.- _Debo reconocer que no sé vivir sin mi teléfono celular._ _Debo reconocer que Si, creo que a todos nos pasa vivir sin mi celular seria un aburrimiento total aunque existen otras maneras pero tener mi celular es indispensable ya que tiene muchas funciones que gracias a el podemos realizar, hubo un tiempo en que quede desconectada por falta de un teléfono y mi única distracción era ver la Tv con mi nieto o haciendo algo en casa o que mi hija me cediera el de ella para ver mis redes y porque no decirlo hacer mi post del día._ 11.- _Me expreso mejor en las redes sociales que personalmente._ _Definitivamente No, las redes llegaron con muchas funciones pero el expresarme por ellas no es mi hobby, lo que siento lo hago notar rápidamente es por esta sencilla razón que mi mejor manera de expresarme es personalmente._ 12.- _Hay algo que me inquieta interiormente debido a como utilizo las redes sociales._ _Lo que mas me preocupa es la forma como le damos uso a las redes, en mi caso me ha pasado que sin querer me equivoco de destinatario, una vez fuimos al banco para cambiar efectivo para ir al mercado, era tiempo de pandemia y realice una transferencia equivocada creí que la había hecho a mi hijo pero no fue así y no hubo manera de retomar el dinero, ese día me sentí tan mal conmigo misma que desde ese instante me preocupo mucho ver a quien va el dinero o algunos mensajes._ _Entonces por medio de este test puedo decir que si soy una adicta a las redes, que el uso de ellas son necesarias en mi vida cotidiana no me preocupa mucho lo que digan los demás total mi vida es mía y que con esto no le hago daño a los que están a mi alrededor._ _Asi me despido de todos ustedes mi gente bella esperando que este test sea de ayuda para muchos hasta una nueva oportunidad, deseo invitar a las amigas a unirse a esta maravillosa iniciativa @nathyortiz, @marito77 y @daysiselena._
