Nope. It is not settled. I am not gong to waste all my SP flagging this guy, but certainly some of it. If you are still not convinced, go check out his profile HERE. I don't think it is cool to pretend to be someone else using their picture. To lie about it or refuse to tell when confronted is also not cool. I hope this guy will be run off the platform swiftly.
