Today, @pedronel @holydog and I, we got up at 6 to walk from before dawn until after sunset: a very long walk at a fast pace, ahahhahahh!
This activity is propaedeutic to @pedronel for participating to the Passatore's UltraMarathon: he would like me to participate with him, but for now, I am not at all convinced! ;)
I was impressed by the seemingly inexhaustible amount of energy and by the vigor of the young sixty-year-old @pedronel's walking... I already knew about his predisposition to talk a lot, so I was not surprised that he spoke for almost eleven hours without interruption! :O
That's also for this reason I suggested him to take part in a Vipassana meditation course, where spend 9 days in absolute silence! ;)
The vitality of @holydog also amazed us: until the end of the day, he ran and walked much more than us!
