Sorry, no stylish view this week - just me in a trampoline park! No sun again today, and while the morning was spent washing up, doing the laundry and tidying up - in the afternoon I took the youngest to Jumparooz trampoline park for some bouncing exercise.
I figured bouncing up and down on trampolines would boost my @actifit count a fair bit today!
It's not all trampolines, some obstacles as well.
And platforms to jump onto and off - if you are feeling sprightly.
I just stuck with bouncing up and down on a single trampoline - if you get it right you can just keep bouncing while putting hardly any effort in at all.
Reminds me of a song this one.
The balance beam, and you can have fights with the baton things too.
I fell in there, and had a right job getting out. I think my extra weight pulled me deeper into the foam!
So we had a fun afternoon bouncing, and I got to rack up a half decent @actifit score - quite a #SublimeSunday this week. Back to swimming next week though!
