Today was a day for learning. Took a walk down to the campus for my late class. Everyone was looking forward to it as well were watching the documentary Drunk in Public.
I don't know about you, but I have never rooted for another human being more than I did for Mark in this film. They spent over a decade chronicling his battle with the bottle and how it altered his life. We ran out of time for discussion at the end, but I know next week's class is going to be lively!
It gave us a lot to think about, watching an otherwise decent mans life become totally destroyed by alcohol. If you ever get the chance, give it a look.
The photo is from last night when I was sitting on a bench trying to get that blur effect of people walking by. However, everyone was so polite, they thought they were walking into my picture and either went around me, or waited until I lowered my phone! I just had to laugh.
