I remain astounded that at the doorstep to 2020, we've yet to have snow on the ground here in Pennsylvania.
It hit me today as I stepped out, that with all of the wild weather in the Midwest, we seem to have been spared so far. When I was a kid, we always had a white Christmas.
Not any more...
I'm beginning to wonder if we might have a repeat like a few years ago when we went most of the winter without a significant snowfall. Taking advantage of the mildness, today became shopping day and I usually try to time my outings when the crowds are the thinnest. Everything worked according to plan.
Of course Walmart was not without it's odd characters, including a petite, very affluent-looking woman who let out a loud man-sized fart a little ahead of me in the checkout line.
You would have thought it came from a big, husky man and believe me, that thing had some heft to it.
The best part was when she tried to play it off as if it came from somebody else!
Sorry, you need to own your farts, lol!
It just goes to show that at the end of the day we're all human, right? :)
Let her RIP!
