As we walk into a new decade,
there is much to think about.
Remove the barricade,
march in as a proud adult.
Give thought to our health,
and don't move in stealth,
Do things that makes us happy,
and lets not be sappy.
Give thought to our loved ones,
to all whom we care with wants,
Keep good and happy thoughts,
that fuels us and that fulfills.
Learn from the good and the bad,
Even if they make you sad,
For they are lessons that build you,
in the new year, with hopes for a better you.
