It works! It works!
I followed the instructions, set up a new Hive account ( @chironthecentaur ), published a blog post, and BAM! 1,252 satoshi landed in my Wallet of Satoshi account, leaving me goggle eyed as you can see in the photo, below:

Follow the 20 steps in this blog post:
Don't be alarmed by the number of steps. If you can use a Chrome browser and get your hands on 0.00005 BTC you should be able to set everything up in less than an hour. I got through the first 18 steps nice and smoothly, but tripped up a couple of times on steps 19 and 20.
Step 19 add your BTC lightning address in the settings
I found a bitcoin deposit address on my Phoenix lightning wallet and pasted it in, but that is not what you should do. (Actually, if you watch the explainer video to the end, it tells you what to do!)
In the end, I switched to the recommended Wallet of Satoshi, and pasted in my ...@walletofsatoshi.com address, which is what you need to do to receive your upvotes in Bitcoin.
Step 20: you are now eligible for insta lightning payouts for votes on your content!!
The first time I posted on the OneBitcoinClub front-end, I didn't receive any upvotes or Bitcoin (see bottom post in the screenshot, below). That was because I hadn't joined the OneBitcoinClub community on Hive: /trending/hive-125568
You can see that there is no One Bitcoin Club tag on the bottom post in the screenshot below. The tag is added automatically if you are a community member.
Second Time Lucky!
I realized that I ought to join the community, and then published another post (top post in the screenshot). You can see the One Bitcoin Club tag at the top of the post. At first, nothing happened. Then I put the correct Lightning address into the appropriate field in Settings, and a few seconds later, my phone screen lit up and 1,252 sats (about $1) landed in my Wallet of Satoshi! How cool is that?!?!?
